I fell in love. Only this sort of love had been built up, contained and sealed up like a Dam.

And when you came around to confessing, reciprocating the swarm of a thousand butterflies, in honesty I found it nearly mocking, but you came to be sincere.

Time, I thought could never pass by so fast and yet it feels like just two seconds ago I was calling you to ask about your day,

I thought we'd be inseparable, two souls in one heart. But truth revealed we were merely lovers for just a brief moment before the straining thoughts of 'what ifs' became overwhelming and the words "I love you" were silenced.

The truth that screamed from the depths of my being weren't spoken, instead the lies from my tears shared their voice to you that night.

And as told from Shakespeare's Midsummer,
'I am sick when not with you'

The tenderness from you withered. And the exsistance of you ceased, leaving flowers in the parts that ached, the saddest parts of myself.

And though you were not the first of heart aches, you were and are, without a doubt

The hardest one to stand.
