(Phil's POV)

When I awoke I walked out of my room expecting to see a sleeping Dan but he had left. If I'm being honest I was a little disappointed but I saw a note on the kitchen counter.

Good morning Philly, I left after you went to sleep. I have to leave for my flight in the morning so I most likely won't see you but I just wanted to say this: I enjoyed meeting you yesterday I enjoyed the coffee shop and cuddling on the couch but my favorite part of the night was when you kissed the corner of my mouth. I know you probably meant it in a friend way but I wanted to tell you it meant everything to me. And I need to get something off of my chest. I think I'm in love with you.

I couldn't believe it I would probably never see Dan again. I didn't know that something like this would make me so sad. But I was already running a bit late  so I grabbed my suitcase and checked out of the hotel and hailed a taxi

When I arrived at the airport I could have sworn I saw Dan but my eyes were wrong and it was someone else. I don't know why but I felt extremely sad knowing that I would probably never see Dan's deep dimples and his perfectly placed freckles.

While I waited I followed Dan on all of his social media's which now i think that might have been a little stalker-ish but I didn't care I just wanted to see his face.

I got the announcement that my plane was boarding so I got up grabbed my suitcase and walked to my gate.

Time skip

When I arrived back at my apartment I immediately went to twitter to find a certain Daniel Howell. I found his twitter and immediately followed and realized that he was already following me before. I decided to DM him to ask how his flight was

How was your flight?

It was good we didn't crash or blow up in billions of pieces
