Doyoung's POV;

My eyes wander to the clock above the door and I calculate how much longer I have to sit here and listen to my teacher hound us about our homework. I know I handed mine in, so why do I have to hear this lecture?

I look to my right, and see the classic high school bad boy, Yuta, looking down at his phone, much like me, ignoring the teacher. I roll my eyes and direct my attention to my left, and see my best friends Kun and Taeyong. Kun is writing something in his journal, as usual, and Taeyong seems to be asleep. His head is resting on his oversized sweater and his eyes are closed. I don't blame him, I'd sleep too if I was tired.

The bell rings, and I see Taeyong's eyes jump awake.

"Tch, I'll see you all tomorrow." Mrs. Kang sighs, as she watches students run out of the room, and away from her without a goodbye.

"And please, for once, do your homework!" She scolds us once more, while she has the chance. Nearly the entire class rolls their eyes, before flooding out of the room. I pack my things into my light blue backpack and stand up from my seat.

"Watch it fag." Someone scoffs as they walk into me. I look up to see Yuta, walking away with his squad of goons. Here I was thinking he couldn't get any worse.

"What was that all about?" Kun asks as he comes over. His glasses slowly start to fall, and I push them up with my thumb.

"Just Yuta being a dick...again." I roll my eyes, not entirely sure what it was about anyway.

"So nothing new?" Taeyong staggers into the conversation, seeming still half asleep.

"Pretty much." Kun chimes back in.

"Come on, let's get out of here," I say, encouraging the group to leave before Mrs. Kang notices we're still here. They both nod, and follow me out into the hall, where there is a swamp of hormonal teenagers who all smell like they're trying too hard.

We begin to swim our way through the crowd, trying to avoid physical contact with the disease-ridden children. Once we've made it to the back door of the school, the amount of kids around us decreases incredibly.

"So what's the plan for tonight?" Kun asks.

"Hangout at mine?" I suggest.

"Sounds good to me," Taeyong says and Kun nods in agreement.

We open the back door to the school and step out. All three of us are smacked in the face with the stench of weed. Disappointed, but not at all surprised, we all speed walk past the stoner kids leaning on school walls like they have something to prove by it. I roll my eyes, almost instinctively, like it was something my body did in reaction to pot. Taeyong begins to cough, subtly, as his asthma kicks in. This upsets me more. Not only are teens killing themselves, but they're killing each other.

After a few minutes of walking, and a pointless conversation about who's better at picking up girls, we arrive in front of my apartment complex. I use my key card to open the lobby door, and the others follow me in.

"Okay fine, if you really think you're better with girls than I am," Taeyong started, and I already didn't like where it was going.

"Why don't you go talk to those two over there?" He finished.

"Please do not harass my neighbors." I sigh.

"It's not harassment, it's just a social experiment." Taeyong replies.

"Fine, which girl do you want me to hit on?" Kun gives in to Taeyong's games.

"That one, with the blond hair." Taeyong points.
