as they got to the hospital .. they could hear evelyn crying and screaming as the social worker walked out

santiago: how long is the line to make a phone call home or to see about setting up visits?

guard: phone call ill set you up tomorrow its late now but visits take up to month in process cuz you where transfered and this is your first time in real prison
