Mark comes home from shopping and finds the house wreaked. He sets the groceries on the counter.
"Baby?" Mark calls out.
Jack runs out covered in paints and flour. "Hi Daddy!" He hugs Mark, getting Mark dirty, "Welcome home!"
Mark looks at Jack, "Baby you made a big mess."
"Big mess? Where?" Jack giggles.
Mark motions to the trashed house.
"I don't see anything Daddy!"
Mark picks up Jack and puts him in the corner, "You are in time out til I finish cleaning up, baby boy."
Mark gets cleaning, checking on his little one everyone in a while. When he's finished, he goes to get Jack and seeing he's not there. He rolls his eyes.
"Baby! Come here!" Mark crosses his arms.
Jack runs to him, "Yes Daddy?"
Mark sits on the couch and points to his lap, "Sit baby."
Jack sits down, smiling.
Mark lays him on his lap and spanks him.
Jack whines and cries.
Mark sits him up and kisses his head, "You made a big mess baby and you didn't listen to Daddy. That's why you got spanks."
Jack whines, "Okay Daddy.."
"I love you, baby boy." Mark kisses his nose.
"I wuv you too Daddy." Jack smiles, giggling.
Mark smiles and lays back, laying Jack on his chest. He rubs his back and runs his hands through his hair.
Jack smiles and nuzzles Mark's chest. He yawns, closing his eyes.
Mark hums lullabies quietly as Jack falls asleep.
Jack falls asleep, smiling.
