I moved my tail up and down a couple times before removing myself from the surface on which I sat. Torrin looked back at me and gave me an encouraging smile.
"It will come naturally. I promise." he told me.
I then swam over to where he floated. Like he said, it came naturally. It was easy.
He held the door open for me as I swam out. I looked around and took in everything I rested my eyes on.
It was beautiful. There were schools of rainbow colored fish everywhere and the floor was dusted with small boulders housing clams and thousands of starfish. I turned to look at the small structure we had come out of. It stood on a large boulder and the hut was a carved out rock and had a seaweed roof.
I looked over at Torrin. "It's beautiful," I whispered to him.
He smiled and whispered back, "I know."
I looked around once more, forgetting to..breathe? I drew in a shakeup breath.
"Where am I supposed to live? And eat? And...everything else?" I asked him.
"Titus will explain." He answered. "Follow me."
We swam for about five minutes and the scenery was breathtaking. There were octopi hiding under rocks and inside caves and eels slinking around on the ocean floor. There were turtles swimming along side us and a school of silver fish devouring a large type of fish. Two minutes into our swim, dolphins came up to us and spoke. Peculiarly enough, I understood them. They were like hyper-active teenagers on crack. They gossiped about random things and then swam off almost as soon as they arrived. Off in the near distance was a castle.
"What's that?" I asked Torrin, pointing towards the structure.
"That's where we're heading." He answered shortly.
I looked up at him with a questioning look and kept swimming.
(A/N) early update! how y'all like it.
