Chapter 8

(Riker's POV)

I was sat by the pool with Ross, Rocky, Ellington and Rydel. Ryland had gone to the bar. I was on my phone.

Ross- Oh no

Riker- What?

Ross- Look

We all looked to where he was pointing. Savannah was sat on the other side of the pool in our view making out with a guy. I saw Ryland walking back. I panicked. I ran over to him.

Riker- Ya wanna play pool? let's play pool!

Ryland- Riker I have these drinks

He turned back around and before I could move him, he saw her.

Ryland- YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?! Hold these!

He passed me the drinks and I set them down going after him with everyone else. He stood in front of them. We ran over and stood by him.

Ryland- Take ya time

Savannah- I'm sorry..

She looked up.

Savannah- Ryland... I can explain

Ryland- Go ahead

Savannah- (Silence)

Ryland- I thought so

(Ryland's POV)

I walked away. I was at the doors of the hotel and every one followed me including Mom and Dad.

Savannah- I swear I'm sorry

Ryland- Wait a minute, where have I heard that before?

Savannah- Ryland!

Ryland- NO! I've had enough of you, you've lied to me, you had a boyfriend behind my back, you stalked me, you tricked me into getting back together with you by kissing you, then when I do get back together with you, I find you cheating on me AGAIN! We're over Savannah and this time that's forever, I knew I couldn't trust you so go ahead and make out with all the guys you want in the world, I don't care, it's not my problem anymore

I stormed out and my family and Ellington follows me. I was making my way down to the Beach.

Savannah- WAIT!

I sighed and turned around.

Ryland- What now?

Savannah- I have nowhere to stay Ryland, since I guess I'm not sharing with you anymore and I have no money

Ryland- Why don't you just go and sponge off the guy from the pool? He seemed good enough to make out with, why not take his money as well? And you should of thought of this before you went and made out with another guy

I walked away. I went to the beach. They followed me to the top of a high cliff. I was stood near the edge.

Stormie- Sweetie, please don't do this

Riker- Yeah we know you've broken up with Savannah again and it probably feels like you can't trust anyone and that you'll never find love again but taking your life is not a way to solve your problems

I turned and faced him.

Ryland- Really Riker? Because if I jumped on there now and I died then I would have to go though heartbreak again and all the problems would be gone because I wouldn't be here to face them

Rydel- Please, your our little brother don't do this

Ryland- What else do I have to live for? I don't have a girlfriend, I don't have a proper career I don't have anything

Rocky- You have us

Ryland- I'm sorry

I walked closer to the edge.

Rydel- Do you know what you jumping over that edge will do to me to all of us? It will break our hearts and you work with us, your the lightening director, you an amazing DJ

Ryland- Rydel, I work for you and I'm sorry it will make you feel that way but no

Ross- If you won't listen to us, listen to Laura

Ryland- Laura?

Ross- Yeah, my co- star who you said you'd do anything for in exchange for one date

Ryland- But you didn't like me having a Crush on her

Ross- I don't as now she's my girlfriend but if her taking you on a date stops you from jumping of that cliff and causing your own death then I don't care you can kiss her if you want anything to stop you going over the edge

Ryland- You mean that?

Ross- Look I have her on speakerphone and she heard everything and me saying about a date and a kiss so that proves how much I care about you

Laura- It does, Ryland don't take your life because of what one girl did to you, ignore her, she didn't realise what's right in front of her

Ryland- What?

Laura- A caring, warm hearted awesome DJ who I would love to go on a date with and if you don't jump of that cliff now then I will give you one kiss

Ryland- And that's ok with you Ross?

Ross- Whatever, yes I don't care just don't jump, I love ya little bro

Laura- Sooo?

I sighed as walked away from the edge hugging everyone.

Ryland- I won't jump

Laura- Thank you, Ross can you take me off speaker, I wanna talk to you

Ross- Sure

He took her off speaker and walked to the side away from us and we all walked off the cliff.

I don't hate Ryland I love him he's part of the R5 family and so am I. I just wanted to add drama into my book. Sorry about that.
