I live in district 12 my name is sky evalince. I'm 14 years old. My dad died 5 and a half years ago. I've been living with my mom. She's got a broken leg and can't really do anything. So I've been providing for the both of us. Also my dad died as my brother turned 7.
Part of me wants to go into the hunger games so my brother can be safe happy and rich. I know now if a 12 year old gets called I will volunteer. I will volunteer no mater what. I takes teserys about 20 times a month or so. But you can't live with just those. Eery day after school, I head into the woods through a gap in a fence. The fence is suppose to be charged 24/7 but we're lucky if you get a hour or so. What do I use to hunt with, well kinfes. I'm a dead shot I almost never miss. I've been hunting for about 6 years. Even with me hunting there are still nights were our stumics grumble and the taste of acid comes up to our mouths. But every time we tell our self we'll have food and more hope tomorrow.
