Steve had been busy in hours previous, so he called, letting me know that he would meet me at the Music Hall. Sam volunteered to drive me, seeing that I was without car and driver's license. I was starting to fidget in my dress on the way. I was nervous. It would be the first time I would be out, in public, in years. What if I had a mental breakdown? What if I went crazy and killed people? What ifs just keep filling my mind, not helping my already anxious state.

"You're gonna be fine. You'll have a good time. Cap'll be there for you," Sam told me, glancing over to me from the driver's seat.

"That noticeable? Man, I must be losing my anti-social touch," I giggled nervously. My leg was bouncing up and down rapidly. It stopped when I noticed it actually starting to shake. "Sam?"

"Hmm?"

"Would you stay behind and kind of hid. In case- in case I go bizerk? I-I know that you'll take me down of you have to." Sam gave me this stern look but his eyes were thoughtful.

"Listen, I said you'll be fine, so you'll be fine. Don't be so scared to try something new. You'll do just fine. Steve will protect you no matter what." Though the anxiety still plagued my mind, I was relieved, even if it was only slightly. And just like that, there we were, parked right in front of the Music Hall. I took a deep breath, unbuckled my seat belt and opened the door. Tonight would be a night to remember.

You thought I was dead? Think again! I'm sorry for the spotty updates and short chapters. I've been so busy and with my friend no longer wanting to work on Marvel fanfictions, I have gotten more and more stuck in the mud. ;-; I'm really trying guys! I'll keep working on the story and all of my other ones. Love you guys!
