chapter eleven

Jessie pov

"Ok lets just go to Masky and Hoodie and then we will report back to Lucy and Ben." I say as we turn down a street.

"Sounds like a plan." Toby says.

"Um guys." Clockwork started saying.

"What?" I ask stopping.

"I really think I shouldnt be here." she says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"I mean I dont want to get in a fight again. Im the weakest one." she says.

"Clockwork! You are a-" I say.

"Yeah you wouldnt help Lucy for anything." Toby cuts me off.

"Guys I didnt-"

"Enough! Clockwork, just go home. We are already late." I say and she puts her head down. She turns around and then walks away.

"Wow you are mean." I hear a voice behind me.

Ben pov

"Its been so long!" Lucy says as she hugs Chad.

"Yeah and I finally found you." Chad says.

"Well come on in guys." her mom says and we walk in.

We all sat down in the living room.

"Um mom." Lucy says and looks down.

"Yeah sweetie."

"I lost all my powers except for fire." She says.

"Well its ok because at least we know you are alive."

"Lucy, if I would have found you earlier I would have stopped it." Chad says. Lucy then lifts her head fast.

"How did you find me?" she asks.

"Well after you left I needed to find you and I knew you ran away somewhere so before the police came, I grabbed my other sword and hopped out the back. I got caught by the police and I killed him. After that Slenderman took me in. Then he said he had ti take care of important business. I later found out that he worked at a school and registered at that school was...Lucy Cliff. " he said. This kid us really talkative.

"So how did you get that white in your hair?" Lucy asks.

"A kid I killed poured bleach on me."

"Chad?" Lucy asks.

"Yeah." she suddenly jumped up and hugged her brother.

"I missed you and every moment my eyes were closed I thought of you!" she crys and I felt awkward.
