Meeting U

Jisung's POV

Today was the day I finally got to leave home and move into my dorm with Chenle! It's exciting I'm ready to get away from my overprotective parents.

"You have to call us every month okay." My mom says helping me bring my luggage to the front door while I wait for Chenle to arrive.

I sigh "Mom I'm not a kid anymore please understand that. I don't know what my schedule looks like yet but I doubt I'll have any time to myself when classes start tomorrow. I'll call you when I can." I say confidently leaving no room for discussion.

Just in time too Chenle pulls into my driveway parking his red convertible. I walk away from my mom before she can say anything else with both of my luggage's in my hands. "Chenle thank you!"

Chenle eyes me suspiciously before shrugging it off. He helps me lift my luggage into his trunk and then I hop into the passenger side of his car.

My mom calls my attention "Jisung I love you be safe okay. I know Chenle will take care of you but I still can't help but worry about my baby." She says concerned.

I smile "I love you too mom. I promise I'll be okay you have nothing to worry about I'm an adult. Talk to you soon mom." She smiled hearing my confident words.

My mom stood at the doorway waving and blowing me kisses as we pulled out of my driveway and out of sight.

"Jisung are you always that way with your mom?" Chenle asks me clearly amused.

"Shut up Chenle! You know how overprotective she can get. I want to enjoy freshman year not regret it." I say as I look out of the cars window on my side enjoying the scenery that passes by.

"That's understandable. Freshman year is really fun especially since parents are no longer around and you can just party." Chenle says as he focuses on the road.

"I figured as much. Doesn't really take rocket science to figure that out." I say a little moody.

Chenle huffs out a light laugh. "Wow. Just when I thought we could actually have a nice conversation for once."

"Don't hold your breath." I reply keeping my gazed fixed on the trees and houses that pass by.

Chenle lightly shakes his head "Didn't plan to. Though I should've known better."

Sometimes I just want to punch Chenle. When he says shit like that I really want to punch him. But I have to always remind myself I don't pick on the weak. "Weak ass" I thought I said to myself.

"What did you just say?" Chenle asked seriously.

"Nothing." He wasn't supposed to hear that. God dammit mouth shut up! Chenle is weak everyone knows that but he gets angry if you call him out.

I've learned it's better to just keep such thoughts to myself but when he pisses me off it's kinda hard too.

"Anyway we're here. So you might want to get out of dream land and get out." Chenle says pulling into one of the university's parking spaces.

I move away from the window unbuckling my seatbelt. "Shut up I don't know what your talking about. Your seeing things."

"Look who it is Johnny. This punk is finally joining us as an adult. Do you feel like a big boy now that your in college?" Ten says tapping on the window pointing at me.

I stick my tongue out at him and signal him to move as me and Chenle step out of the car. "Don't tease him Ten we all know how sensitive he gets."
