i hated bum ass high school, and i'm honestly glad i can get out of this place. don't get me wrong, i liked philly, but i was ready to get out of here.

i continued to put the boxes in the back of the moving truck. opening one of the boxes, it contained some marilyn manson posters and some clothes. i peeked into the next box, which had my ouija board and some other shit.

you see, the reason why i was so glad to get out of nOrThEaSt hIgH sChoOl is because of how close minded everyone was. when i came out, i expected people to dislike me simply for being gay, but i didn't expect them to go out of their way nearly every single day just to make my day worse. like, you really hate gay people that much, huh? another reason why i hated high school is because you had to get up super fucking early everyday, get ready for people you didn't even like, get on a dumbass bus just to go to a dumbass place where you did dumbass work and all the dumbass people were beyond rude to you for something that shouldn't even matter to them. and after all that, you go back to your dumbass house, only to get yelled at by your dumbass parents, and do more dumbass work.

none of that stopped me from being a bad bitch though.

i packed the last of my belongings into the back of the moving truck, staring at all the boxes before closing the door to the truck.

my mom came out to the driveway "all done sy?" she asked. i was really gonna miss her, my father, not so much.

"yeah, i'm just thinking."

"well we should get going soon, it is a long drive after all."

oh yeah, i had completely forgotten about the drive. i was too busy making sure i didn't forget anything and reminiscing on bad high school memories. i was going to florida international university, which was located in miami. philly to miami was almost an 18 hour drive.

i sighed, this was gonna be a long ass road trip.

i fell asleep sometime after we left philly, only getting up when we stopped to eat. i must have slept for a long time after that, because when i awoke my mom had told me we were already in florida.

this was only the start to my new life in florida.

a/n: this was so bad and i feel like this whole book is already going to be a flop because this chapter was so boring , but it'll get more interesting , i promise . chapters will also get longer this one was short because it's just symere moving. anyways i love y'all and it would mean a lot to me if you voted loves 😌💘
