I woke up to light streaming into the room. I turned over and laid on my back as I stared up at the celling. I felt refreshed and had gained most of my strength back. The smell of waffles, fruit and bacon filled the air.

I sat up and decided to go and meet everyone downstairs. I peeled the covers back and got off the bed. A fresh pair of clothes where sitting on the dresser folded nicely.

There were a pair of nice black leggings, a light weight black tank top, and a very nice thick black leather jacket. There was also a pair of long, fancy heavy-duty black boots.

I quickly got changed and brushed my hair. I looked at myself before walking out. I left my hair down and walked towards the door. I opened the door and stepped out quickly. I turned and shut the door and walked straight into Derek.

"Sorry!" I said. "Good morning to you to. Is this how you normally greet people in the morning?" He asked half smiling.

Derek wore a red dark tank top, a black jacket, dark pants and heavy-duty army boots. His hair was gelled and had a large flip on his left side. I can't lie, he looked hot. I smiled back. "Heading downstairs?" I asked. Derek nodded.

"So, you're not the enemy." I asked him folding my arms. Derek looked down at me and then sighed. "No...I'm sorry for what happened, but well, you know." He said awkwardly. I nodded.

We headed down the stairs and I followed Derek past the front door and walked towards a narrow door. Derek opened it and I followed in behind him.

We entered into the living room where we found Aldrik sitting at a small desk writing something. He stood up almost immediately when he noticed Derek and I. "Sorry to interrupt." Derek said.

"No problem at all! How did your rooms work out?" Aldrik asked as he gave Derek a rough pat on his shoulder. Derek smiled and spoke again, "They were wonderful! Thank you again so much old friend!" Aldrik then gently walked up to the both of us and turned us around and pushed us towards the door.

"Let's go eat and discus about how you can get this young lady back." We headed out and walked towards the two large doors.

We entered inside and Aldrik released us. He sat down in his same spot and waited for us to take a seat. Derek and I also sat down in our spots from last night. "Now, I assume you need a vehicle of some sort." Aldrik said looking at Derek.

Derek nodded. "Just borrow." Derek added. Aldrik narrowed his eyes as smiled. "Yes, of course just borrow. You remember the last time, I'm allowing that to slide, just this once. However, you have to promise me you will give this car back in full healthy condition." Aldrik said taking a sip from his cup. He didn't take his eyes off of Derek.

Derek took a sip from his cup and then set it down. "I promise." Derek said. "Then it's a deal." Aldrik said happily. Just then two butlers walked in with two carts full of food.

"Food! Let's dig in!" Aldrik said. My eyes widened as a tray full of strawberry pancakes were placed in front of me. Along with, ham, sausage and fruit. I filled my plate with fruit and one stack of pancakes.

I was starving and everything smelled so good! I took a bite and I swear it was the best thing I had ever put into my mouth.

As I was eating Derek and Aldrik talked about what would be the best idea and when it would be safe to leave. When I finished Derek excused himself and I took a sip of the strawberry milk shake in front of me.

I then excused myself and went after Derek. Apparently, I may have missed something that they were talking about. "Derek, Hold on." I called after him. He stopped and turned around. "What is it Hailey?" He asked. "What happened back there?" I asked.
