Kim's(POV)
I didn't know what to think. Brian was one of my best friends, he's so nice and honest. I don't think he could've done something like this. "Are you guys sure he was the only one who knew?" I asked.
"Positive." Edward mumbled. Elliot let out an exasperated sigh, running her hands through her face. "I honestly don't even know what to do." I said. "Wow." Crystal breathed. This was a shocker for all of us.
"Have you ever heard that saying, 'expect the unexpected'? I mean c'mon we're in basically like a fucking remake of silent hill." Elliot scoffed. "Oh no don't mention that movie." Zoey muttered.
"With everything going on, Zoey, you're worried about some stupid movie?" Edward asked. "Shut up." She groaned. "Okay okay, we have to work our way out of here." Edward said.
"If we can." Elliot mumbled. "Have a little more hope El." Zoey said. "Do we have any plans? Like, to ya know escape?" I asked. "Why don't we split up?" Elliot said. "Are you freaking crazy?!" Crystal shrieked.
"Just a little." Elliot smirked. "I think Elliot's got a good idea." Edward shrugged. "Of course I do. Brian said that he planned it all out. Now, we all know Brian has always been a bit weird and messed up in the head. So he sees this all as a game. A game. A game where no one lives, or just one person will--"
Elliot stopped to look at us seriously. "If we're in a group, we won't get far. If we split up we'll be able to look around more. Maybe find something that'll help us get out. But if we wanna leave, we got to be quick." She said.
"Good. Good. Uh and we could meet up here, in two hours. If someone isn't back by then.... we look for them." I said. "Okay, see you guys later. Maybe." I said. They all glared at me and I raised my hands up in surrender.
We all split up and I decided to make my way to the 300 building. I ran quickly and debated on whether to go up the flight of stairs or to just stay downstairs. I ended up going up the dirty stairs. I was wasting too much time.
I almost tripped on a stupid stair but a strong pair of arms wrapped around me, preventing me from the impact. It was Calum, smiling cheekily at me. I pushed him off mumbling a small 'thank-you'.
"What, no hi?" He asked. "Calum, I'm not in the mood for joking." I said. I walked past him looking for something that will help everyone leave. "I'm not joking. You didn't say hi, that's rude."
I rolled my eyes at him. He was so annoying. "Hi." I stated. "Much better. Didn't your parents teach you to have manners?" He asked. I frowned when he said parents. I actually miss being punished.
Calum must have noticed the expression on my face because he turned serious right after. "Touchy subject?" He asked. I only nodded not really wanting to say anything. "I understand that you're trapped here and have no hope of going back, but it's not that bad." He smiled.
I looked at him like if he were crazy. Which he probably was. I bit my tongue to keep myself from screaming at him. "Look Calum. I'm not you. I want to leave this place. I never want to see it. Hear about it. Or even think about it."
"But that means we'll never see each other." He frowned. "What if we never saw each other again? I don't know the first thing about you, so of course I really don't care if we never see each other again. You're annoying anyway." I mumbled.
He looked hurt but then he looked angry. "Fine then. If you want to be left alone, I'll leave you alone. Is that what you want?" He asked, his voice quiet. "Yes, please." I said.
