I get to the lockers to find an annoyed Osano waiting there impatiently. This guy is gonna get on my nerves.
"You took forever, idiot!" He yelled poking me in the forehead.
"Osano. This is your last warning." I threatened.
He gulped, "A-Anyways, let's walk around." he gestured to follow him as he walked down the hallway. He decided to tell me about the situation his Ayano was going through.
"Yan-chan wasn't a murderer," he laughed awkwardly, "but she was desperately in love with Taro as well." He gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.
"Did it bother you?" I stopped next to the Occult Club room.
"H-huh?!" He turned beet red.
"Were you.. y'know... jealous?" I raised an eyebrow.
He realized what he was doing and started struggling to speak, "Wh-What?!" he sounded offended, "NO! It-It's not that! I just-" He gave a frustrated sigh, "No, he just ignored her. She tried so hard for his attention. I told that dummy to just get over him, but she wouldn't." he leaned against the wall and looked down.
"What happened after?" This is more interesting than I thought.
He chuckled smugly, "He got a girlfriend the day she was going to confess. She planned and everything. I watched her stress this hard over someone who didn't deserve it. So, I kicked his ass. She got mad at me and stopped answering my calls." He looked pained saying the last sentence.
"What was she like?" I leaned on the wall next to him.
He waited a couple seconds before he responded. "Well," He pushed himself off of the wall, "Yan-chan was just a normal schoolgirl. She wasn't invisible, but she didn't stand out either. Nobody saw her that much because she had a strict, 'go to school and go home' agenda. She looked like she needed a friend so I decided to talk to her. She was stubborn about not wanting to talk to me, but she gave in eventually." He laughed.
"How different am I from her... in your opinion?"
"Not much, but for some reason you give off a more notable presence. Like, Kizano has never said anything to Yan-chan, but he complemented you. It's like you draw people to you. I can't explain the difference, but I can feel it, y'know?" He rubbed his chin, "She was just a bit more timid. She wasn't as quick and clever with comebacks like you but, she always looked fed up though."
"So you annoyed her as much as you annoyed me? Great." I let a small chuckle slip but I made sure to cover my lips. Suddenly, a warm pang hit my chest. What the hell?
The Occult Club door slowly opened and I look up to see a boy with long shaggy blue hair. His skin was a ghostly pale and his eyes were a dull shade of purple. He had on finger-less spider web gloves and a leader armband. He made direct eye contact with me and immediately looked down.
"Oh." His voice was slow and soft like Oka's and his kept his head down, "H-Hello, Najimi-san," he slightly bowed, "and Aishi-san." He gave another slight bow.
"What's up, Oko? You don't have to be so formal, man. What are you up to?" Osano patted his shoulder.
"Oh... uh, I have to go get something from Masuta-san." He fiddled with his fingers.
"We'll go with you, we were going that way already." Osano insisted.
Does this boy just push himself on every person he meets?
"O-Oh! Y-you don't have to." He frantically waved his hands, "I wouldn't want to be a bother."
"You're fine!" He smiled, "What do you say, Yan-chan?" He turned back to me.
