Blue's P.O.V.
We were starting over.
My dad packed up my sister Gemma and I, and now we were in Portland.
I was starting my last year of high school, while Gemma was in year 11. I couldn't wait to finish and just get away. Leave everyone behind and just start over. Yes, in a way I was starting over now; but I wanted a complete fresh start.
I wasn't keen on the whole concept of college. I planned on finishing high school and then going wherever my car decided to take me. I just wanted out.
But for now I had my last year of school ahead of me, which trust me I was dreading to the max.
I pulled my car into a stop once I reached Brookeway High School.
Gemma looked at me with wide-eyes. "B, what if nobody here likes me? What if I turn out to be the complete loner of the school with absolutley no friends, and then I end up eating lunch at the reject table, or even worse by myself all alone locked in a bathroom stall. Then by the time senior year rolls around I won't even have you and I'll be completley alone, and I'll never get a boyfriend or get to have s-"
"GEMMA! Shut the hell up. It will be fine. If they don't find you too ridiculously annoying, I'm sure you'll make plenty of friends. And if not, have fun in the bathroom stalls." I love Gemma and all but damn she could be over dramatic and annoying.
"Thanks for the advice Ha-Blue. I'll keep that in mind. Your a great brother." Gemma sighed.
"I do what I can" I smirked as she hopped out of the car, and stomped her way to the front doors.
~
As I stepped through the front doors a few girls smirked my way. They looked like complete and utter airheads with no actual brain mentality. But hey, they were hot; so of course I winked and waved.
I made my way down to the office to get my schedule.
A lady who looked around her mid 40's greeted me with a hideously fake smile.
"Name?" she coughed.
"Harry Styles." I seethed.
She was taking a lifetime and I was getting pretty annoyed. Not soon enough, she gave me my schedule and directed me to my first class.
As I walked in I saw the girls from the hallway and I smirked at them. A blonde one who I assumed to be their leader walked up to me.
"Hi, you must be new." she touched my arm. "I'm Reyna. But you can call me Rey" she smirked. She seemed kind of annoying, but she's got a nice body so I'm not complaining.
"Blue" I said.
"Blue? That's interesting where does it come from?" She winked at me.
"The back of a crayon." I breathed through my nose. I hated when people asked about it.
She smiled at me and returned back to her seat as I then went to mine.
As I sat down I noticed a girl sitting next to Reyna and her friends. They were all talking but she seemed bored. Almost disconnected. She turned her head up and noticed me staring.
We locked eyes and as I looked at her I almost couldn't get myself to look away. (A/n picture of mystery lover to the side or top or somewhere on your page)
She was beautiful. She had her light brown hair hanging loosely all around her heart shaped face. She had the prettiest blue eyes, they were piercing.
As quickly as she had looked up at me, she tore her gaze away.
Before I could look any further at her the damn teacher started speaking. "Good morning class, I'm Dr. Reid but you can call me Spencer.
Now this should be a pretty laid back class but do not mistake my leniency as a weakness. If I need to lay down the law I will."
So this guy sounded like a total dork ass but he was laid back so I'm feeling pretty impartial with him.
After he assigned us a small worksheet to get started on I went back to looking at the girl. She looked different than the rest of her group.
They were in pink skirts and high heels with their fancy blonde died hair curled. However she was in blue jean shorts with black tights, a loose tshirt with a leather like jacket and some flat blue boots.
She had the whole I-don't-give-a-rats-ass-what-anybody-thinks look going on about her but I was determined to know more.
I knew I shouldn't try to get attached to anyone after all the stuff that's happened within the past year. But what would be the harm in learning more about a beautiful stranger? Besides, she's just a girl and all girls ever are, are petty flings that get extremely clingy and annoying over time. Nothing bad could come from a short little fling.
False.
