Carl's POV

We peeked our heads out the door and glanced down both corridors that led to this room. After a few seconds of listening for footsteps I backed into the room to face Samantha. I turned the knob and pushed the door shut with a faint click.
I walked towards her, as I did she backed up against the shelves that lined the wall. Panic filled her gentle green eyes. I grabbed her wrists and rested them over her head. I leaned my chest on to her. With my free hand I gently embraced her. As I leaned in she panicked.

"It's ok sweetheart. I'm not going to hurt you." I whispered.

I leaned in once again, she slowly closed her eyes as our lips  cressed against each other's with a feather touch. I let go of her hand that was over her head and grabbed the back of her sweater. Then up to her shoulders. Her kiss was in sync with mine. She brought her hand to the side of my face and slowly and ever so gently cressed my face with the tips of her calloused and bloody fingers.  She is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. She shows her flaws and doesn't care who Judges.
I pulled away, staring into her eyes before I turned around to walk back to the door. I laced her fingers in mine as we walked back to the door.

Samantha's POV

My heart was pounding in my chest as he lifted his hazel eyes to meet mine. Carl laced his soft fingers in mine as we walked to the door. He brought his index finger to his lips.

"We have to be extremely quiet. Don't make any noises. Ok?"

I quickly nodded my head and grabbed my pistol from my pocket and pinned it to my chest. With a nod he stepped into the empty corridor.
With a swift turn he started to jog down a dark hallway.

   Our escape had just begun.

Lizzy's POV

The crack of the gun filled the room as she pulled the trigger. The bullet sent chunks of her brain and skull spraying against the wall. Her knees buckled from under her as she came flopping onto her face.
Her blood oozed onto the floor creating a thick crimson puddle on the white tile floor. I stared at the dead body in complete shock, my head felt heavy and everything started to buzz and turn white. My eyes got heavier by the second. I glanced at the bleeding wound on my shoulder, I'm going to die...
My heartbeat pounded in my ears as my life seemed to fade. I opened my eyes one last time to see the pink door fly open. I let my eyes slowly close as I was being shook.

  "Help.... Me..." I croaked.
