Ana and Rose stood by the bar of the club, chatting loudly over the blaring music — or at least attempting to. Through the crowd emerge two of Rose's friends, grinning widely as they approach.

"Rose!" one had called out, catching the attention of both girls. Ana noticed the girls light blonde hair and smiles, she couldn't help but to wonder what it would be like to photograph her. but, of course she wouldn't ask that yet, she doesn't even know her name.

Beside the girl with the blonde hair stood a boy with dark brown hair that was ruffled up slightly.

"Guys!" they each hug, leaving Ana standing there awkwardly. Rose then turned, "this is Ana. Ana, this is amanda and jake. They're dating."

Ana smiled softly, now knowing who is who has boosted her confidence slightly. "It's nice to meet you both."

"You too! Rose has told us a lot about you." Amanda —the one with the blonde hair— said.

"Oh, really? whatever she said was probably a lie."

Amanda laughed lightly. "I know you're a photographer, is that a lie?"

"No actually, Rose was telling the truth about that one." Ana said before bringing her drink up to her lips, taking a small sip of the beverage.

"I'd love to see your photos sometime!" Amanda said excitedly, "and if you ever need a model, i'd be happy to volunteer."

"Wow, really?"

"Well," Amanda began sheepishly, "I love acting and I really need some new headshots-"

"Actually, I love taking photos of new people. If you need new headshots, I'd love to take them." Ana said, putting her drink down on the bar counter. Rose and Jake called the two girls over to their newly found tables.

"Honestly?" Amanda asked as Ana slid into the booth beside Jake, giving him a small smile.

"Of course!"

Amanda grinned, resting her cheek in the palm of her hand. "Well, what's your instagram handle? I'll message you tomorrow so we can work out the time that both suits us."

"Ana's sort of instagram famous." Rose said with a wink at her friends, Ana letting out a small groan.

"I'm not instagram famous, Rose."

"What's your @ ?" Jake asked, piping up for the first time since Ana had seen him.

"Ana period Kohler." Ana said, feeling slightly stupid for saying the word period.

"I'll follow you later." Amanda said, holding her phone up in the air with a smirk.

"You better follow me back." Jake said with a small laugh.
