Kaycees POV

"C'mon! How are you better at this then me?!" Devon shouts and I giggle. "Well I now take archery at school so.." I say as I shoot another post. "Ok. Let's try this" He says grabbing a tennis ball.

"I'm going to throw it in the air, and your going to shoot it." He says and I widen my eyes. "Ok.." I say and he smirks. "Okay, 3, 2, 1..... GO!"

He throws it up in the air and I aim my arrow. Letting it slip through my 2 fingers as I shoot it. I close my eyes and I hear a sigh. "Didn't get it.." I say and I hear him chuckle. "Look" He says and I peak my eyes open and start laughing.

"Sorry dad." I say and he chuckles. I watch him as he takes the piece of wood he was carrying and takes the arrow out. "Nearly hit the ball tho. Good job" he says and I smile. He walks back inside and I look at Devon. "C'mon. Let's keep going"

Sean's POV

"C'mon Queeny! Faster!" I shout as she runs. I throw the ball with my strength as fast as I can and I hit her. "Ugh! C'mon. Dodge it" I say and she groans. "I can't. A bullet is faster and I can't even dodge a ball" she whines as she falls to the ground. "You two are pathetic" someone's voice all to familiar says and I turn around.

"Sorry. Just don't want the people I love to die. You should do the same" I say rolling my eyes and looking back at queeny. "I love no one dip shit." He says and I roll my eyes. I look back up and queeny's gone. "Queeny.." I say and look around. Then I sigh and see what's happening.

Queeny strangling Kenneth to a tree.

"I know that I haven't known bailey for long. But I care about her! She is so broken! You loved her! Don't lie! You Loved her so much! You even confessed it to yourself on the beach! Then you fucking told her and she told you she loved you back! Then a couple days later you go and screw up your life! I know Hayley died! I know she was the love of your life! But that was your old life! She's gone! You have to focus on what's here and protect those who you still care about dip shit! And no don't say you don't care about anyone!" She shouts at him and I just stand there in shock.

He pushes Queeny off and she falls to the ground. "Oh you did not ducking do tha-." Then I cut myself up when I see Queeny strangling him again. "C'mon. Try again! Try and be stronger then me newbie" She says and I laugh as he can't push her off.

"You little weak ass. You know what bailey tried to do yesterday!" She shouts and I widen my eyes. "No, Queeny. Don't. Don-."

"SHE TRIED TO KILL HERSELF!" She shouts and Kenneth's expression drops. "So you loose Hayley. Now what if you lost bailey? And it was your fault? I had to frikin compel her, and give her my blood to heal. And she tried to kill herself again!" She shouts and I sigh.

"What if she turned into a vampire? Huh? Because of you? And what if she couldn't control herself. Then she finds a hunter? WHAT WOULD'VE HAPPENED THEN! ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!" She shouts and gets off him. "Wait. How are we so dumb." She says and I frown.

"Your an original uncle. What can you do that vamps can only do to humans" she says and I widen my eyes as Kenneth realises what she means. Before he could run I pin him to a tree and he struggles. I look in his eyes and he looks sad. He looks broken. I let him go and he falls to the ground and cries.

"Looks like you already did it Queeny.." I say as he starts sobbing. "I ruined everything. I screwed up." He says and I frown. I take him by the shoulders and shove him against the tree. "I'm not dumb dip shit. You don't cry. You take out your misery in a different way" I say and he stops crying and smirks. That's when I stare into his eyes and start.

"Turn your humanity on"

Just like that, his eyes turned more broken. Full of emotion. Real emotion. "D-did bailey.." he asks as I let him go and we both shake our head. "Just trying to get you back." Queeny says and he sighs. "You nearly did.." he says as he looks down and starts walking.

"How do I fix this?" He asks walking back and forth and I sigh. "Tell the truth?" H asks and I roll my eyes. "Oh okay. Great. It's easy right? Just tell them "oh my old lover got killed by a hunter, oh yea did I mention she was a werewolf? Anyways I couldn't handle the pain so I turned my humanity off cause vampires can do that? Oh and did I mention I'm a vampire?" Queeny says and I burst out laughing.

"She's got a point." I say and I see him roll his eyes. "Well... I'll tell most of the truth." He says and I sigh. "What are you gonna say?" I ask and he looks up at me then sits down on the floor in frustration.

"Uh.. I'm sorry. Someone that I knew died and I couldn't handle being around people I cared about unless I hurt them with my frustration? And uh.. I guess I hurt you more.." he says and I smile.

"thats a line from a movie" Queeny asks and he rolls his eyes. "No it isn't. I'm just.. cliche.. ok I'm going now bye" he says before he runs off and I sigh. I grip the tennis ball in my hand and then around quickly and throw it. "YOU MISSED!" I shout and she smiles.

"I MISSED IT WOOOOOOHHHHH" she shouts and runs around in a circle and I laugh. Then I hear a something ring and queeny falls to the floor. "Ow. I can't move." She says in pain as I laugh and get my phone out.

"Hello?" I ask and I hear breathing.

"Sean."
