Surrey, England.
Roger is in his office and finishes writing the last verse of his new song for Queen's new album called Innuendo. When he finishes writing, he looks back at the paper and reads the whole letter of the song to see if anything should be changed. He sighs and begins to sing softly the song.
Sometimes I get to feeling
I was back in the old days, long ago
When we were kids when we were young
Thing seemed so perfect! You know
The days were endless we were crazy we were young
The sun was always shining, we just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately I just do not know
The rest of my life is just a show
Those were the days of our lives
The bad things in life were so few
Those days are all gone now but one thing is true
When I look, and I find I still love you
You can not turn back the clock.
Is not that a shame
I would like to go back one time on a roller coaster ride
When life was just a game
Do not use in sitting and thinking about what you did
When you can lay back and enjoy it through your kids
Sometimes it seems like lately I just do not know
Better sit back and go with the flow
'Cause these are the days of our lives
They've flown in the swiftness of time
These days are all gone but some things remain
When I look, and I find no change
Those were the days of our lives, yeah
The bad things in life were so few
Those days are all gone now, but one thing's still true
When I look, and I find
I still love you
I still love you
Roger sees that his song for the band's new album was perfect. The drummer takes a sip of his favorite drink: Southern Comfort. He is tired and worried about his friend, Freddie who is in poor health and sighs heavily. At that moment he enters his office, his wife. She goes to him and runs a hand through her short blond hair. Roger pulls her by the waist and she sits on his lap and Roger kisses her on the lips in love and caresses his wife's hair and smiled at her.
"Do you know how much I love you?" Asked the blonde, looking at his wife.
"No, I do not know," his wife said, smiling at Roger tenderly.
- I love you a lot, more than my own life, I love you forever, I love our children, I love my family - Said the drummer smiling at her - Only you and our children to make me smile at such a sad time.
The wife stroked her husband's face and kissed him on the lips once more.
"I love you too much," said the wife, looking into Roger's sad blue eyes. "I've always loved you and just thought that we went through so many things together and that our love overcame all adversities, my love.
