The Dimensional Time Lord

Chapter 1 : The Preparation's For The Time Lord(Highschool DxD World)

A/n : Some of the male's will be female for the entire story(so in other worlds as well some males are female)

They are many Planets in a Solar System, many Solar System in a Galaxy, many Galaxy's in a Universe and many Universe's in a Dimension, but what lies beyond that well beyond the dimension there is a being that is said to be the creator of everything from every planet to every star, every Galaxy and Dimension he watches all and knowns, he lives over 46 billion light-years out side the Dimension's he lives on a Planet he created, he lived in a castle that was surrounded by a pool of water.

other than his house the planet he had created was nothing but nature everywhere from animals to mythical beast roamed his planet, there was no other buildings the air was clean, the water was drink able from anywhere there was no wars no blood shed(the opposite of earth), inside the castle was a large throne and on top of it sat the begin who created it all, he had Brown Hair and eyes he looked like a normal teenager but don't let his looks foul you as he was over 13.8 Billion Years old, he had more experience and knowledge than anyone , he know every single being on every single planet he know everything about them, but being he its all sun and rainbows the biggest draw back of being him is that he is always lonely beside the guards that serve him,he doesn't want to create life because they would normally died while he still lived and if he made them immortal they would just try and fight with him or destroy everything, so he did the next best thing he could he decided to visit the worlds he had created, he then called in a guard

Guard : "hello my lord"

Y/n : "I wish for you to travel to Dimension 6, Universe 17 speak to Odin and inform him that I will be visiting him soon"

Guard : "yes my lord"

Y/n : "you may leave and good luck"

The guard bowed and left

In The Underworld(This will be after Season 4)

Currently all faction leaders where having a meeting, as they were discussing a voice spoke up

??? : "hello Odin"

everyone looked at the door to see

everyone got ready for a fight but Odin's eyes widen

Odin : "w..what are you doing here"

Sirzechs : "Odin you know the person"

Guard : "Odin my lord has decided to pay the world a visit so you best get ready for his arrival"

Everyone looked shocked but not from what the person said but when he said it, Odin became scared beyond believe they turned to face to person to see that the person had gone, they all looked at Odin again

Serafall : "Odin who is that person's Lord"

Odin : "T..The T..Time Lord"

Timeskip

After calming down everyone asked Odin questions

Sirzechs : "Odin who is this Time Lord"

Odin : "he is a being you do not make angry he could kill us all"

this both shocked and scared them all

Issei : "don't worry prez I'll protect you and the others"

Odin : "you'll die with in seconds of trying to fight back even with Ddraig your still no where close to this beings power"

everyone looked shocked

Azazel : "how strong this this person then even Ddraig would be killed"

Odin : "he was the 1 who created all Dimension's, Universe's, solar systems, planets you name it he was the 1 who created it"

Michael : "but I was told god was the 1 who created everything"

Odin : "no it was the Time Lord he created God and tasked him with keeping watch over his creations"

Sona : "why would he be coming here"

Odin : "I don't know but do know I must leave and preparation's for his arrival...and you may want to tell your factions that if he is angered he will erase all of us"

everyone left in a hurry after they all left Sirzechs turned to Rias and Sona

Sirzechs : "Rias, Sona you and your peerages will welcome him when he visits, Serafall we will inform our family's and others about this Time Lords arrival"

Everyone nodded and left to get ready for the Time Lords arrival all while Ophis and team Vali listened to what Odin said....

Ophis : "so that rumour about the Time Lord wasn't just a myth"

she then smirked

Ophis : "it is almost mating season..."
