My birthday is almost over yet I'm still expecting a message from my members.

I looked at my phone to see if he finally greeted but none.

'Did they forget what date it is?'

I let out a sigh as I scroll down my IG where Kwan and Mingyu's greeting should be but there's nothing.

We only went out to eat back at dinner but none of them bither to greet me, I can't help but to be sad.

It's almost midnight but it seems that they won't greet me at all.

So much of being friends, huh.

I was about to go to my room but I was startled the moment I turn around.

"Happy birthday, Soo." Jeonghan greeted as he gave me a hug.

"W-wha--"

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOSHUA HONG!!!"

I flinched when I heard the sound of confettis.

They began to sing a happy birthday song to me as Mingyu came holding a cake, I even saw Kwan and Hao video-ing.

I bit my lower lip and prevented myself to laugh.

"Happy birthday, Josh!"

"Happy birthday, bro~~~"

"Saengil chukahae, hyung!!!"

"If you could see how you look earlier as you wait out here." Jihoon mocked as everyone else laugh.

"You thought we forget your day, huh?" Seungcheol asked.

"Yeh, but really... thanks guys." Those were the only words I could say.

We celebrated for hours until it turns 11. They all decided to go to do their own schedules, leaving me and Jeonghan alone.

"It's been 3 years since we last promised, remember?" I blurted out upon seeing the stars in the night sky.

"Don't tell me you'll make another promise?" Jeonghan asked, looking at me.

I chuckled and shook my head no.

"I just... remember how that promise made who we are right now..." I said.

"Thank you, Josh..." he said as smiled and held my hand.

"If you didn't walk to me that day, we won't be best of friends now... mostly, I won't be Seventeen's Jeonghan right now."

I can't help but to smile and hugged him.

"Thank you for everything as well, our taimed fallen angel." I whispered.

"Happy birthday, our guardian angel."
