"You said you'd wait forever, but I blinked and the world was gone." -And the world was gone, by Snow Ghosts.
"I can't believe she's dead. Allison's dead, my bestfriend... And tomorrow is her funeral." Lydia said, she looked like she was going to throw up.
"I know it must be hard on you, but we need to be there for Scott and Mr.Argent. "We can leave earlier, if you want." I said, and hold her hand as we sat on the bed.
I've defenetly felt something between us, since she kissed me at the locker room. It's like we have this connection, an emotional teather, as Deaton said. "That would be great." She said, now she was looking at me and not the ground.
Her bright green, dolly like eyes made me want to kiss her, but I didn't.
I think she likes me, but doesn't know it yet, but she'll come around sometime. And I've waited for 9 years, I think I can wait a few more.
"You're a really good friend you know, you've always been there for me." and then a few tears started slide on her cheek. And then more, she was crying. I grabbed her and held her.
"Oh! Don't cry, everything is okay, everything is going to be okay, you hear me Lydia. It's all going to be okay." I tried to shush her, but she just kept crying.
"Allison's dead, Aiden's dead, Erica and Boyd are dead. Why? Because of us, they could've been saved. They could've had a good life, have beautiful children. They didn't need to be dragged to this supernatural crap, that get's everyone dead. And all the people that are dead because of us and we don't even know their names."
"I can't take this anymore Stiles. I just can't. Everyone's dying, how do we know we won't die tomorrow, or the day after that. We might fall." She wispered while starring my wall.
"Lydia, you're kinda scaring me."
"How do we know that we won't fall. What is the point of living anymore. I'll just be one more on the list."
I think she was on a trance or something.
"Don't say that!" I shouted. "That's the thing Lydia, you don't care about dying, but ylu know how I'll feel? I'll be devastated. You see, death doesn't happen to you Lydia, it happens to everyone around you, to everyone standing at your funeral, thinking how to live their life without you in it."
Breathe in, and out, I told myself.
She woke up from the trance and was now staring at me. "I'm sorry that I screamed."
"I-it's okay, it doesn't matter." Then she hugged me.
"Thank you for being my friend." I think that's what she said, I really didn't hear because she was sobbing and talking into my shirt.
