flashback 4 / summer of 2010

"I'm so excited!" Jungkook bounced up and down in his seat. "I can't believe you booked us a trip to Busan without me knowing."

"Yeah, that was crazy difficult by the way. You're literally beside me almost all the time. I had to stay up after we had sex to get good prices."

Jungkook's face reddened. "Well, it was worth it, wasn't it?"

"Everything's worth it for you, Kook." Taehyung intertwined his fingers with Jungkook's and looked at him like he was his whole world, kissing his temple softly.

Jungkook curled up to Taehyung, setting his head on his shoulder. He poked Taehyung's tummy. "You're so squishy."

"Hey, not everyone can have rock hard abs like you, Kook. Plus, I'm not flexing so,"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say. Anyways, know how long until we arrive?" Jungkook asked, his eyes feeling tired.

The intercom came on. "Ladies and gentlemen, this is the train operator speaking, there will be about two and a half hours until we arrive in Busan. Please, make yourselves comfortable. I will be announcing again thirty minutes before arrival."

"There's your answer." Taehyung laughed. He looked down when he didn't get a reply.

Jungkook was sound asleep, his cute little snores could only be heard by Taehyung.

"My precious little bunny." Taehyung whispered, kissing his forehead.

In that moment of time, Taehyung found himself only falling deeper in love with Jungkook. He was his entire life. Taehyung smiled, brushing the boy's hair with his fingers, admiring his features. He gently pinched his cheek, chuckling lightly when Jungkook moved in annoyance.

"T-Taehyung..." Jungkook mumbled.

The older male only laughed lightly.

He rested his own head down on to Jungkook's, slowly drifting off to sleep as well.

The clock ticked. 7:46 AM.

"Why, look at you! Kissing your ex! I never knew you had it in you, Kook. This is a side I've never seen before. I quite like it." Jimin said in surprise.

Jungkook had his face covered by his hands in embarrassment. "It's not like I was the one who initiated it. He kissed me. Isn't it wrong?"

"What's wrong with a little kiss? For all I know, you could've gone as far as having sex with each other."

"Jimin! I'm serious! We promised each other we'd find other people, find other people who aren't us."

"Look, Kookie. That was five years ago. You hear me? Five. Years. Ago. The time where the flip phones era had just ended. Times have changed, and so have both of you."
