Asher's POV.

Riley had finally come down but she wasn't herself anymore. First it was not my fault, I wasn't finished talking to her but I guess she was waiting for me to say it that way. Second she was being emotionless and everyone had noticed.

It had been one hour after I had come down and her parents had brought home made hamburgers and she was not taking one as her parents just didn't care after all she was almost controlling them and Maya and Feli had noticed it too.

Was she hiding how she was feeling of my so called rejection, I was not even rejecting her. I was going to tell her how I felt but she just wasn't listening to me. I wanted to tell her that I was feeling something for her but sometimes she is so naïve, that I hate it.

'Riley, what's wrong?' Feli asked her and Riley looked at her with an fake smile on her face. she was long from okay and she was pretending to be. Why can't I stop worrying about her, when she is upset or in pain or if she is mad, I always want to help her and be with her. She is taking over my mind.

'nothing is wrong, why should there be something wrong? So what if we had a fight, I'm not letting it get to my heart. Why should it.' She said with an fake happy voice. She was acting this and not being genuine happy.

'whatever you say.' Feli said to her and we went back to talking. Riley got up and smiled at everyone, it was not dark or whatever and her parents were out of the house so was her sister and brother. So we were all alone.

'I'm going to get something to drink, Maya, Feli can you help me?' she asked as the three of them went inside. We all decided to make a campfire to go and roast marshmallows. We had started the fire and sat in the warmth.

'what had happened between you and Riley. She is acting so strange.' Mason asked and I was in no mood to answer the question but knowing the guys I have to. So I just have to tell them what happened. But not the real truth.

'she was being insecure about herself and I was not quite happy of that, she was talking nonsense and I got mad at her, okay.' I said and we heard the door close. Riley along with Maya and Feli came towards us with alcohol and other things.

'so, let's start shall we?' I was surprised to see Riley going to drink and she might even start drinking. I won't even be surprised if she does, she has been doing strange stuff ever since she got down stairs form our fight. She opened the bottle or hard liquor called whiskey and drank just out of the bottle.

'Riley you shouldn't drink it in such an amount so fast or you will kill yourself.' Mark warned her in worry, she ignored him and drank almost the entire bottle at once empty. We were watching her with wide eyes and mouths dropped open. Had she gone mad or something?

'you know, life is one piece of shit. No one will care about it and that is fine with me. We people always say. "I love you" ah bullshit, we just pretend to be. There is not true love or soulmates, if that was true than people wouldn't cheat or divorced each other.' It was clear Riley was already drunk.

She stood up and walked to the swimming pool, she was striping out of her clothes and jumped into the swimming pool with only her bra and panties on. had she literally gone mad right now? We rushed towards her as she was just having fun on her own.

'oh my god, Riley get out of the swimming pool. Right now.' Maya shouted angry at her and got close to the edge of the pool. Tylor pushed her into the pool but she took him along with her. They disappeared under the water and Feli was looking scared right now and backed off from the pool.
