"Hey, dude. A new chick moved in. I heard she's hot." said Grey, my best friend and roommate.

"Dude. You have a girlfriend. Why do you even care?"I asked.

"I don't. I was just saying that for you."

I looked at him in disbelief.

"Why?" I asked.

He sighed and laid his back on his chair.

"Maybe it's time for you to finally find a girl. All the girls here find you hot. I mean, it wouldn't hurt having someone in your bed ya know?"

Now, it was my turn to sigh.

"Why do you always have to associate sex to a relationship? It's not sane. I honestly pity Juvia. I don't even know how she can stand you and your perverted mind."

"Says the one who's been best friends with me since kindergarten."

I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever. And for the girlfriend thing, you know it's useless. I'm happy right now and I don't need anything else."I said, ending that stupid conversation.

"I know dude. I was just saying."

The bell rang, indicating that it was finally lunchtime. I got up from my chair and directly made my way towards the cafeteria with Grey by my side. We went to our usual table, where our friends were already seated.

We both said hi to them, laid our bags on the bench and went to get our food. Once we were back to our table and seated, we started eating and talking about random stuff, like the last baseball game, or about the new video game that just came out, until Juvia, Grey's girlfriend came to say hi.

"Hey babe."said Grey, kissing her lips.

"Go find a room you two. I'm trying to eat here." said Gajeel, earning an insult from Grey and making the rest of us laugh.

"Natsu. There's this new student who moved in yesterday. She's pretty and nice. I think you two should meet."stated Juvia.

I sigh loudly.

"What do y'all have with me?!" I shouted, pissed.

"Well, you're the only one of us who's never been in a relationship."claimed Erza.

"Well I don't want to be in one! God! Get off my back!"

"Anyway. She's there if you want to go see her. Her name's Lucy by the way."announced Juvia, pointing at a girl a few tables away from us.

I took a glace at her. She had long golden hair and big, sparkly brown eyes. She was laughing and had a fork in her hand. As I looked at her, my heart skipped a beat.

"Wow! She's... pretty!"I thought.

I turned back to face my friends and shrugged.

"Meh. Not my type."I said, making all of them roll their eyes.

"Bro. Are you kidding me?!"uttered Jellal.

"Thanks for trying babe, but he's hopeless."said Grey to Juvia.

For the rest of the the day, my mind only focused on that Lucy girl. Something about her made me feel weird in ways I couldn't explain.

"Lucy... What are you doing to me?"
