BOOM!!! IM BACK BABY!
WOOOOHAAAAHOOOOO!!! So welcome to my new story guys! This is the first chapter, so welcome to the new wild ride of a story!!
I'm really excited to start this, and honestly, I needed a bit of a break from the characters of Darkness and Lightness!
So get ready... set... go! I'm gonna try third person! Ack!

A low gutteral grunt sounded from the back of Mark's throat as he lifted up Noely's futon and placed it on the moving truck. "That's the last of the furniture," Mark said, grinning ruefully and turning to her. "I guess this is goodbye, baby."
Noely ran into his arms, snuggling against him and resting her head on his chest.
She felt a low rumble of laughter sound from deep in his chest as he held her closer to him.
"I'm gonna miss you so much, Marcus Worchester," Noely mumbled, sucking in breath heavily and trying to stop tears.
Mark began chuckling again as he replied, "Um, Noely, I'm only gonna be like thirty minutes away..."
Thirty minutes is years when you love someone more than they could ever possibly know, her brain told her, but her mouth just squeezed out, "I know."
Having feelings for someone who could never possibly return them was harder than you could ever imagine. You think you'll get over it, but every day the intense desire grows and grows until you just can't take it, and you want them more than they will ever understand.
You need them more than they will ever understand.
"Mark," Noely murmured, "there's something I need to tell you."
"Speak away, babe," he whispered into her long light brown locks, nuzzling her gently.
"I... I love you, Mark," Noely said, her words stumbling out of her mouth. She pulled away from him and looked up at his face, her hands shaking and her eyes desperately searching his for some emotion, anything to register at all.
Suddenly he grabbed her sweaty hand and held it tight, interlacing his fingers with hers, and he brought his hand up to his mouth and kissed it in a gentle gesture, almost one of a prince.
"What if I happened to love you back?" Mark asked Noely, his eyes shining with delight.
Suddenly Mark pulled her very close to him, and lifted up her chin with a swipe of his index finger. He began to notice the little things about her. He noticed the tiny freckles under her eyes, and the flecks of green in her brown eyes, and how her eyelashes were darker than her hair. And how her pouty, pink lips looked soft, and perfect for kissing.
Mark's head began to swim as he thought of the possiblities, and his mouth got dry. Noely's hand ran across his back and began to twiddle with his hair. When she looked back into Mark's eyes, they looked intense. Threatening, even. But before she had a moment to think about it any longer, Mark grabbed her by the back of her neck and covered his lips with hers.
Noely responded immediately, shocking Mark, and even herself. His mouth was warm, and the caress of his lips was softer than she thought. He ran his hands along her spine and she-
HONK! HONKHONKHONKHONKHONK!
Noely immediately jumped out of Mark's arms and turned to the car, inhabited by her red-faced father who was laying on the horn.
"I... I have to go," she mumbled, her head spinning and her heart beating at twice its normal pace.
Then Noely turned on the heel of her flip-flop and ran in the opposite direction, leaving Mark to wonder if the same feeling of desire had rested in her belly, or if the intense want to be close was overwhelming her as well.
"Stupid stupid stupid," Mark whispered to himself, pinching his arm and running back to his own house. He had his own college to prepare for.

OOHHHHHH!! I'm having FUN already! 3rd person is a huge change for me, because I've never written in it before! It's pretty fun! School starts tomorrow, so if I'm updating as often, it'll probably be on Friday and weekends, because I tend to be extremely busy the rest of the time! Wish me luck guys, and comment and vote and everything!! I haven't decided on who Mark is yet, so I'll take suggestions, but over there ---> is Noely! (It's Danielle Panabaker)
