CHAPTER 1: WERE HERE

        It had the brightest green ever. Its corners were metallic blue. The rooms were custom for which group you were in. This was the best place in Canada. Most Americans say they’d never go because it was an, “igloo,” but what do they know? I dreamed of this place as a kid. “People would die to go to V.G.H.S, but go farther for this school,” is what people rumored in V.G.M.S (Video Game Middle School) and it was so true. Calhoun may have been worse than Law, but him yelling wouldn’t make us give up hope. Cody, Ian, and Aimee and I were so glad we didn’t quit and go home. This was heaven. Cody and I were roommates, and Ian had his own room, along with Aimee, so everything was perfect. It was a great thing we got to choose our roommates, classes, group, AND room place, so we were right beside each other and had the same classes right at the beginning. Our schedule was pretty nice: Game Developing, Online Shooters, Lunch, RPG, History of Games, Game Sites, and Live Game Dome (L.G.D). So far it was great. Our principal was Matt Smith and vice principal was Josh Blaylock, temporarily for him going to work at another school. “Okay, PS VITA check, Kurio tablet check, DS A-” Cody checked, but I cut cut him off. “Did you REALLY make a checklist?” I asked. “But there is one AWESOME thing I brought!” he said ecstatic. He brought an extra back-pack with him, “Thirty foot range” he said mindlessly as he had a fake mustache, aviators and a remote control. I looked at him in a “You’re stupid.” way and chuckled a bit. “Yeah, exactly. Don’t you know?” “NEWBS! NEWB GO HOME!” Someone screamed. “Seriously JAU? Go away.” Aimee complained. “Who’s that?” Cody and I asked at the same time. “Are you kidding me?” Ian screamed. “Do you even WATCH PWN-ZWN?” Aimee and Ian were looking at us like we just lost V.G.H.S to VARSITY. “OH! ' right! We have to sign our names up!” Cody fortunately remembered. “Okay. I already know what mine’s gonna be.” Cody started. “And since today’s the 1st day of school, club-sign-up is today!” Aimee added.
