After I disposed of that idiot Jau(Fun facts about Jau, he’s a moron, and the second fact is that his father is The Law. You can see the comparison.), I went to look for where Cody was. I checked our dorm first, and sure enough, he was there.
He was shirtless and crying, and he had his arms attached to his body so first words out of my mouth happened to be “Was I on drugs at the time and hit you or ripped your shirt?” He said no and continued to ball. I was curious and then payed more attention to his crying. It sounded like it was autotuned, and that suddenly made me wonder. Cody turned over and I had to ask. “ Are you wearing a thing that makes you sound like the double rainbow song?” He gave me the “are you stupid?” look and explained everything. “ I was handed to a facility as a child. It tried to make pain electronic and digital, but the thought that to stay sane while bleeding CGI blocks, you had to adapt to the game world. They transferred people to games, and the one I was in was glitchy. It got so glitchy, that they had to take people out. I was supposed to be the first one out, because I was the youngest, but halfway through, the game shut off. They didn’t want everyone to be lost so they found a way to subtract my conscience and a bit of my human self. The built the rest back on me, and now I’m a cyborg.”
I was astonished. It was… AWESOME! My friend was a cyborg!
