Chapter 8 - What's your name again?

Lilly's POV

I can't believe what the nurse said to me! ive never broken a bone before but now I have. Not just one bone though, two parts in my leg are broken! I can't quite remember what bones the doctor said I think it was the Fibula and some other bone err met.. metat something. Oh yeah metatarsals in my foot. How wonderful especially when its the summer! perfect timing hey? No beach, no partys, nothing! And not to mention I have to lug around a stupid cast for 6 weeks! I bet the only question people will ask me is: can i sign your cast?

I then had a sharp pain in my head, I had totally forgot the gash on my head. The one that stained the black interior. Actually, what about Niomi's car? she loved that car! Not only is she in intensive care, she now has no car.

" Dr. Winton has asked me if you would like to make your way down to him so he can stitch up that nasty wound on your head." I almost threw up. Needles make me feel horrible, I coundn't think of somethink worse to add to my day apart from some kind of needle peircing my skin. I guess it had to be done. "Lets just get it over with" I let out unassured.

The Doctor help me get into the hospitals uncomfotable wheel chair so I didn't have to walk. Well even if I wanted I couldn't, after all I have broken 2 bones. As she wheeled me closer and closer to Dr.Wintons room I got more and more anxious. I really didn't want to have this done. "Can't they glue it or something? any way to avoid a needle will be great. " I hoped she would give me an option but I was wrong. She looked down at me for a short time and I looked at her back. " Im sorry dear, but thats a nasty cut on your head and we need to get it fixed, stitches are the only way to sort it out, but its okay we will give you an injection before hand so the stitches wont hurt as much."

Oh isnt that just great? two needles, TWO! i feel even more nauseated now. " Here we are dear, Don't worry it will be fine" she attempted to reasure me but it didn't work. She kncoked 4 times on the wooden door just under the sign that was carved with the words that spelt his name. " Ah hello, you must be Lilly - Rose Peirson am I right?" I tried to let a smile climb my face but nothing happened apart from feeling the fear scuttle through me. " Yeah, but just call me Lilly please." I have never liked people claling my whole name, not even Lilly - Rose. I just have always been called Lilly since i was little, well I only remeber being called Lilly.

Joe's POV

I don't know why I felt so much tension between Alfie and I.

Unaware, my phone ran in my pocket and It scared me. While standing up, Alfie looked at me, he knew that I had to take the phone call.

I wondered who it could be, had Tanya and Jim hurd the news?  I guess not as it was Casper, So I answered. "Joe, Joe thankgod you answered! I got marcus's text but no ones picking up there phone, Im in the car park where are you? are you with Gaby? is she okay? Please say shes okay?!" He must of been incredible worried, he spat that out so quickly. I've never hurd him so worried. " Caspar calm down, shes okay. Shes broken 2 fingers and she has dislocated her right knee cap. But she has talked to the nurse and they sa..." He shouted over the top of me, " She has what? just tell me where you are and where she is so I can get to her okay?"                                                                 

 " Okay Caspar.." I walked to the closest sign to see where i was " I think im at section D at the other end to the theatres, we are in the waiting room, waiting for Zoe." Even though we where on the phone I could hear his footsteps walk through the hallways."What happened to Zoe? is she okay?" the phone went silent... "I wish I could say yes"
