Max x Reader Camp Camp ~ They Hate Me Too~ [On Hold]

7- Letter

"Ok Campers! Today is mail day! I have packages and letters from all of your families!"
David says with his normal happy smile, he has two big boxes in front of him. He gives Gwen one box and takes the other for himself. They walk around giving the kids their packages and letters. Gwen gives (S/N) a small box and David gives (B/N) a small box also. Gwen walks over to me, Nikki, Neil and Max and gives max a box, Neil a box as well, Nikki receives a smaller parcel and I receive a letter.
"Here kids." David exclaims.
"I already know what's going to be in this..." Max says, opening the box pulling out a hoodie the exactly the same as the one he was wearing
"At least they got what I like." He said in dissatisfaction.
Nikki rips open a small box and smiles
"Cool!" She pulls out a small red ball and bites it. The ball lets out a squeak and she smiles.
"Oh, a new book!" Neil picks up a thick (thiccc with three c's) book that looks like it has 300+ pages. I look over at (S/N), she was smiling looking at a drawing pad. I then looked at (B/N), he was holding a Board game smiling at that elf girl. I open the letter reading it in NY head.
"Dear (Y/N)
I have heard nothing bad about you yet, which is good. I hope you are looking after your sister and brother. If we get one complaint about you there will be consequences. Keep them safe. Remember to be good and don't make this camp a waste of our money.
Your mother and father..."
I sighed putting the letter in my pocket and looking back at (B/N) and (S/N). (B/N) notices me looking at him and frowns, he starts to walk over.
"What did they say this time?" He puts his hand out asking for the letter. I hand it to him with a sigh. He reads it over then looks at me with pity.
"It's fine..." I snatch the piece of paper from his hands shoving it back in my pocket.

Max's pov

What was in that letter? It got (Y/N) so worked up...
"Alright, campers I'll give you five to put your things away and then report back here for your activities!" David's chipper voice pulls me out of my thoughts. (Y/N), Nikki, Neil and I all stand up and walk to our tents.

When (Y/N) and I got to our tent she shoved the letter into her bag, sending a small smile my way then walked out. Here's my chance to look at the letter...! But shouldn't... it is hers... But I think I care about her, so I'm going to look... I open her bag and grab the letter. I'm going to hell for this. I open it and read it...
Woah... I never knew that her Mum and Dad were such dicks! She hides it so wel-
"Its nothing (S/N), (B/N) is overreacting, it's just Mum and Dad being Mum and Dad."
Oh shit! I'm fucked! I thought, in a panic.

Ok... So.. I'm not dead...

I logged in to this account last night and decided to write I new part *jazz hands* I'm going to watch the new eps soon and hopefully I'll start this book again!

I am still so sorry about being a piece of shit...
