Your pov

Wow, I slept like crap last night, this bed is shit. I sit up to see max standing at a table making coffee
"are you going to keep staring or are you going to actually get some?" He snapped
"oh, sorry". I rummage through my bag and pull out my mug. It has 'don't talk to me until I've had my coffee'on one side and 'just don't talk to me at all' on the other.
"ha, nice mug," he says with a smirk.
"with a smirk like that, I would think your being sarcastic" I joked. he grunts in response.

After your coffee David shouts that breakfast will be ready soon. I got the clothes that I was going to wear. (F/C) T-shirt or hoodie and black shorts or long pants.
"out! I need to get changed," I jokingly order Max.
"yes sir "he says in his best army voice. I giggle
"yes ma'am " I correct him as he walks out.

We switch places. He goes in and walks out in his usual outfit.
"yay... more slop... " he says in a flat voice.
"yay..!" We both laugh as David walks past, I can see the stars in his eyes as he runs up to Gwen.

David's pov

I walk past (Y/N) and Max. they're laughing! And Max just smiled!? Gwen has to hear this. I run off to her side and gossip about Max being happy for once.

Your pov

All the campers enter the mess hall and we get our trays.

The QM puts a scoop of slop on Max's plate and mine. Ugh, yum... we sit down with Nikki and Neil. Nikki is eating her slop like an animal. Neil just pushed his tray towards her in slight disgust.

-Time skip-

It's arts and crafts camp today. I get a sketch pad and start to draw.

Max is drawing a very obviously dead David. Neil is drawing chemical mixtures and Nikki is drawing herself in a tree. I look over to (S/N) she's talking to a kid with a top hat "who's the top hat kid? " I ask. both Max and Neil shudder "Harrison" they say in unison, Max coughs up a bit of glitter. "Uh... ok. Why is he smiling so much?" I ask. "he never smiles that much. Maybe he likes your sister. " Nikki says with one eyebrow raised "what!?" I choke on my water. "I said maybe..." she responds, still looking at Harrison suspiciously. "he can't or I'll lose the bet! Shit! I can't wash his underpants! No, No, No!" I whisper shout. "what the fuck are you talking about?" Max asks "Nothing. " I say very unconvincingly. "I feel like what you say is false" Neil says "ur... fine! me and (B/N) did a bet that if my sister gets a boyfriend before I do I have to wash his underpants for a month!" I say, blushing "oh." Neil says looking like he regretted asking. "That sounds like so much fun..." Max says sarcastically. "oh, shut up!" I say punching his arm.

Max's pov

(Y/N) has a bet with her brother... I wonder if I could help her win that bet. The blood rushes to my cheeks at my sudden plan.
