It's been over 4 months since surgery and I've healed up well! I currently don't have sensation over some area around and near the nipples, as well as lacking sensation around the actual nipple and areola but I will possibly regain more sensation as I continue to heal. Much like how most of my chest that lacked sensation a couple months ago now has feeling. I've gone to the public pool a couple times and it was fun, aside from the fact I can't swim bahaha. The experience overall has been extremely freeing and aside from the frustrations of not being able to do much right after surgery, It's been a very pleasant and easy operation.
