Mark: Mark would be happy that his girlfriend has such an important job, and though it's very stressful, he'd encourage her to strive for more until she's satisfied with her position. He'd worry just a bit about how dangerous the job can be, be he knows that his girlfriend is doing good in the world and helping people, so there wasn't much more that he could ask for than that.

Jackson: Jackson would be her cheerleader and would want to see her go far in the career. He'd ask her to be his personal nurse, doctor, surgeon; basically everything so that he knows his health is in the hands of someone he trusts. He would encourage her to follow her dream of whatever she wanted to do, and would be her personal body gaurd if anyone were to holder her back or stand in her way.

Jinyoung: Jinyoung would be surprised and impressed to hear about her interest in the medical field, and he would try to be as helpful as he could to help her reach her goals. Although he doesn't know much about it, he'd still sit down and help her study it and would be by her side to watch her prosper in the field.

Youngjae: Youngjae would think she's so cool for working in the medical field lol, like he could never imagine himself do that type of thing. He would understand her passion for it though, especially when helping others, since his own dream was to become a music therapist and help others through music. He'd of course be all for her being in the medical field, and would probably consider chasing his own dream soon after finding out and becoming inspired by her.

BamBam: although BamBam has no interest in the field whatsoever, he would be proud that he has a girlfriend that is into something so serious and professional. He would definitely be her support line, and though he can't help her much, he'd be there to relax her on the days she comes home overworked and stressed from her job.
