Chapter 7 Witch, Vampire, Werewolf?

                I magically expanded my house on the inside to contain a massive gymnasium with a battlefield of sorts in the center and had to laugh because it reminded me of the pokemon gym battlefields. One of the vampire elders had me chase him to see how fast I was first. I wasn't quite as fast as him and could not catch him. He next wanted to test my strength so he had me try to push him back physically. I actually outmatched him easily as far as strength went I'm guessing because of the werewolf strength on top of the vampire strength.

Next one of the werewolf elders came up and taught me how to transform into my wolf. My wolf was strange looking, a white stripe on the left, a red stripe then a grey stripe down the middle of my back, a brown stripe and finally my right side was as black as night and my eyes were different colors. My left eye was blood red while my right eye was a golden color and both eyes shined brightly. My wolf stood as tall as I did in my human form at 6' tall and was a very broad muscular wolf. The elder said "Oh, I see you are an Alpha but the coloring is that of every rank from Alpha to Omega but the red must symbolize the vampire part of you because I have never seen that. I'm interested to hear what your wolfs name is but first lets test your wolf skills. I want you to chase me just as you did with the other elder. I chased him down fairly easily because my wolf apparently kept my vampire speed and he was also very strong, easily overpowering the elder and could jump higher than any wolf the elder had ever seen before.

The elders looked at my fangs in wolf form that were too long to keep in my wolfs mouth, they went down to the bottom of my jaw making me look like I was either grinning wolfishly at everyone or ready to kill and were more sharp like a vampires fangs. My fur seemed to shimmer softly even in the darkness which the elders believe is my magic and my guardian making themselves known. I shifted back and got re-dressed and of course they had me show my fangs which extended very long and glowed green while my eyes glowed in the same colors as my wolfs, left eye blood red and right eye golden but both eyes with swirling green mists in them. The elder asked again what my wolfs name was but I didn't know.

The elder had me close my eyes and clear my mind. Then he had me picture a clearing in a forest and the image of my wolf. I did and saw my wolf form standing in front of my human form both of us staring at each other. I said to the Elder "Ok, I have the image and my human form is staring at my wolf form staring back." The elder said "Speak to your wolf."

My eyes glazed over to everyone watching and I said to my wolf "Hello, it's nice to meet you my new wolf half, I'm James, your new human half I guess." The wolf looked me up and down and finally in a deep voice said "I already know that James, I can hear all of your thoughts and feel all of your emotions and have seen all of your memories. I can even speak to your guardian which you can't do. I'm sorry if I'm being rude, I'm just annoyed that it took you this long to come speak with me."

I said "I'm sorry; I wasn't expecting to wake up as either a vampire or a werewolf and didn't even know HOW to talk to you or that it was possible." My wolf said "I understand and forgive you. My name is Liam and we are going to be the best of friends now and forever since we are joined and you are now immortal which makes me immortal as well." I was stunned because I never thought about the fact that I was now immortal. Liam says "Not just you but WE are now immortal." I replied "Ugh it is going to take some getting used to knowing I have no private thoughts anymore." Liam laughed and said "Imagine spending almost your entire life stuck inside somebody's head just watching life go by." I said "You've got a point, sorry Liam." He gave me a wolfish grin and said "It's ok James, now let's see what these elders have to say about us and return to our idiot mates." I rolled my eyes at him about the mates and said "Ugh, I hate them right now, do we really have to be their mates for life?" Liam growled at me saying "Those are our mates, watch your mouth. Besides, we only have so many years with Troy before he dies of old age now." Suddenly I felt like my heart was breaking as Liam whined. I said "We have to find a spell or something to keep him alive even if I am annoyed with both of them right now." Liam replied "I'll have a chat with the elders wolves and see if they know of anyone or anything that could help." I finally spoke aloud to the elders and said "His name is Liam."
