Y/n's POV
"I'm sorry Blake but I choose Grayson" I said to my now ex boyfriend.
"Why? Am I not better than him?" He asked his voice cracking.
"No it's not that, I just- I just... my heart is with him. It never left from his hands" I spoke the honest truth.
"BUT HE BROKE YOUR HEART BY CHEATING ON YOU!" He raised his voice at me, making me flinch.
I nodded agreeing with him, and I have to admit I was dumb for this. But my heart was connected with Grayson probably forever.
He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. "I understand, your heart chooses for you... not you" he said pulling me into a hug.
"Just know that I will never stop loving YOU" he whispered in my ear, I nodded and kissed his cheek.
"Bye, Blake" I said to him walking out his front door.
I got in my car and drove to Grayson house, since he had texted me before all this shit happened. And that's what led to this; he texted me telling me he wanted a second chance. Me being dumb enough I'm taking him back.
I pulled into his drive way to see him already sitting on his front porch. I got out and walked towards him.
He looked up and saw me, his face then pulled a short but sweet looking smile. He stood up and pulled me into a hug. "I missed you" he whispered into my ear.
My heart was beating out of my chest and my eyes were growing watery. "I don't even know why I'm here" I said to him; pulling back from him.
He looked at me puzzled. "You. Cheated. On. Me." I worded for him to understand. He nodded and looked down. "But, I'm stupid because for some reason I still love you" I admitted looking down. "And for that my heart hurts" I lastly said catching his attention.
"I'm so sorry y/n, I NEVER meant to hurt you" he honestly said. "I know the nights where you would stay up waiting for me, your heart would break every second I wasn't with you. And yet every time I actually came home, you had the biggest smile on your face. And for that I'm guilty." He breathed, and his voice cracking lightly; about to cry.
My heart was beating and thumping for him to hug me again, and he did.
"I do love you y/n" he whispered and kissed my lips.
"And my heart will always want you, Grayson bailey" I said into his lips, smiling. "I love you"
