"Are you hungry?" Harry asks, taking his eyes off the road to look at Claire . "If you want to eat something other than room service food, there's a diner not far from the hotel."

"That sounds great!" She smiles. "I'm starving."

"I was hoping you'd say that, because so am I." A chuckle escapes Harry's lips as he focuses his attention back on the road.

Claire keeps her attention on him, taking in every detail. The way his eyes always seem to sparkle in every lighting, how he always seems to be licking his lips, and the small mole on the left side of his mouth. She knows that he can feel her stare because there's a small smile forming on his lips

"You know, if you take a picture it'll last longer." Harry's dimples sink into his cheeks as a laugh rumbles through his chest.

With her cheeks burning red, Claire peels her eyes away from Harry. She focuses her gaze on the scenery out her window.

"I'm only teasing, Claire."' His laugh fills the small space. "You should know by now not to take anything I say seriously." He places his right hand on her thigh, squeezing it gently.

A smile paints itself on her face as she places her hand on top of his, intertwining their fingers. Claire relaxes into her seat, turning her head to the window to watch the rows of trees pass by as they continue their journey to the diner.

Harry pulls into the parking lot of Skyline Diner, whose name is written across the front of the building in bright blue neon lights. Once the engine is no longer running, Claire exits the car and is followed by Harry.

"After you." Harry smiles while holding open the glass door.

"Such a gentleman." Claire laughs as she makes her way inside.

The aroma of bacon and french fries fills her nostrils, causing her stomach to growl. Red booths scatter the restaurant, black and white tiles cover the ground, and retro pictures of Elvis, Frank Sinatra, and Johnny Cash hang on the walls.

Harry and Claire make their way over to the counter, where a blonde waitress dressed in a yellow dress and white apron waits to take their order.

"Welcome to Skyline diner, what can I get for you today?" She smiles.

Their eyes glance over the menu for a moment, deciding on what foods would fill their cravings. Harry steps forward, resting his hands against the dark blue counter.

"I'll have a bacon cheese burger with a side of fries and a chocolate milkshake." He tells the waitress whose name tag reads Emily. "What do you want?" Harry asks Claire as Emily puts his order into the computer.

"I'll have the same as you." She responds.

"We'll have two of those, then." Harry smiles at Emily and pulls his wallet from his back pocket.

"That will be twenty forty five." Emily says in a chipper tone, a smile still on her face.

"Harry, you don't have to pay for mine. I'll get it." Claire says while she reaches for her purse.

Harry place his hand over hers to stop her and smiles. "Don't worry about it. I want to."

Claire smiles in return and pulls back on the zipper of her purse to close it, adjusting it on her shoulder afterward.
