•Chapter Three•

The week had passed and everything was the same. Axton had been talking to a new mystery guy lately and all his focus was on that. You had been focused on all you assignments and making sure you have handed all work in before the deadline date. You had been looking for a job lately, Lucy had been earning enough money from working in the club, but you wanted to have a little money of your own for the future. You had applied to numerous jobs online and had been also rejected quite a few times. However this morning you received an call asking if you would be interested in a interview. It was for a restaurant, it was one of the jobs that you applied for online. You were just getting ready for your interview. 

You was nervous and very anxious. You wanted to look casual but also professional at the same time. You decided to put on a grey blouse with some smart black cigarette pants. You told Lucy to drive you to the interview. 

"Look you don't have to work, im pretty sure i make enough for the both of us" Lucy mumbles

"I know but, im finsihed with this year of uni, its almsot summer break and I need something to do"

"Then make some friends or find a cute boyfriend and do things with him" She looks at you and starts laughing and focuses on driving. " I've heard this guy Tom, is very attractive in your uni" you look at her amazed and start thinking of that damn boy again.

"wha-what how do you know?" you ask curiously

"hahahahaha, he comes to the club occasionally." she tells you. What he actually goes and watches people strip you think to yourself. You then start wondering if he has seen your sister strip in front of him. 

"look i know what your thinking, If Tom has seen me and all that. But he hasn't okay, he doesn't see my shows, especially after I told him that I am your sister" she speaks. You look at Lucy again in complete shock wondering why she would ever do such a thing. 

"Wh-" But your cut off by Lucy.

"It was a while back, when I saw him in the club and he looked quite upset and stressed. My intention was to cheer him up with my body but he was in no mood. He looked upset and I decided to actually talk to him...."

"and then?" You ask. 

"We started talking,he told me how some girl called Summer had broken his heart and then how he came here to feel better, then I started asking him about what he does and bla bla bla, I found out he goes to your uni and you both are studying the same thing...."

"Oh so then you just happened to tell him, that we are broke and we have no money and thats why you have to strip so you can provide food for me." You say to Lucy while feeling uncomfortable. 

Lucy looks at you and stops the car. "yes, I'm sorry i guess I also got emotional and started sharing my feelings with this cute boy" she mumbles. "okay go for your interview, I dont want you to be late, we can carry on our discussion at home" She tells you as you get out of the car. You still can't believe that Tom knows that your sister is a stripper and about your financial problems. The only person that knew about this was Axton. You check the time and realise your 12 mins late and you quickly rush to the restaurant.

You walk inside and see Harrison. Your confused on what he is doing here. You walk up to the counter and his eyes catch yours. 

"Hey..." he says while cleaning up some shelves. 

"hi, I actually have an interview" You tell him nervously, while biting your lip.

"oh, yeh mother was telling me, um if you just go through the back and knock on the door to your left, she will be there." he says to you while pointing in the correct direction. It had never occurred to you that Harrison owned a family business, you had always seen him as a rich party boy.

Your interview had taken place and personally you thought it went well. They told you that they would call you back to let you know.
