As Vernon finished his essay, he sat sighed and laid on his bed. He had been waiting for weeks for his Robot AI to be delivered.

As if on cue, the doorbell rang all through out his apartment. He excitedly ran out his room and out the door.

He was greeted by the nice delivery man. He was asked to sign some thin gs and at last it was here...

He named it (Y/n)

He brought the box into his room and removed said robot from his box. The robot AI looked like an actual human. With (E/C) eyes, soft (H/C) locks and such a sweet smile.

He plugged in his adaptor and hooked (Y/n) up to his computer.

Vernon sat down on his desk and for some reason did some stretching since it would be a long day coding (y/n) to a decent person.

At last... he has finished. Excitement rushing through his veins. He face his robot as he prepared to turn it on

Start!

(Y/n)'s eyes lit up signaling that he was awake. Vernon smiled widely knowing all his hard work paid off

"Hi, I'm Vernon nice to meet you!" He greeted happily

(Y/n) tilted his head

"Hmm? But we just met, how are you so sure that you are happy to meet me?" (Y/n) responded.

Vernon was surprised, aside from looking like human, he also sounds human.

"Well, if someone wasn't sure if they're happy to meet you then they won't talk to you" Vernon rubbed his nape

"But if you aim to know someone, you need to pretend to be happy to meet them" he added.

"Hi Vernon, nice to meet you" he said in a monotone voice. Vernon sighed.

"I don't feel glad at all actually... I was just being polite" he added.

"That... I need to fix" he turned back to his computer and tried to fix his code.

(Y/n) stood up and walked towards Vernon. He just stood there trying to to know what Vernon was doing

"Hey..." Vernon called

(Y/n) looked at Vernon with the most straightest face ever.

"Y-you should drop the straight face" he suggested.

"Why dont you just change my code?"

"Well... I don't want to change you manually, I want you to learn things yourself" Vernon sighed.

《《《The Next Day》》》

Vernon was playing dark souls as (y/n) watched him

"GAAAAH, How do I beat this boss?" He yelled in frustration.

"Can I try it?" (Y/n) asked

"Here" Vernon said as he passed the controller to (Y/n). He also taught him the controls

In a matter of seconds we was able to beat the boss without taking damage. Vernon somehow felt ashamed.

"Thats it?" (Y/n) deadpanned

Vernon couldn't say anything, even his friends weren't able to beat it but (y/n) did it in a matter of seconds.

"Huh? What's so fun about this?" He asked

"Vernon, Vernon, tell me, where is the fun?" He asked again

"Well, we humans find it fun because we have a slower reaction time than robots... things easy to you are hard for us" he explained

"Then... are you saying humans are amused by their stupidity?" (Y/n) said.

"Aish~" Vernon pouted

"Can I play with you?" (Y/n)'s eyes were begging him

"I can't defeat you, you can beat me in a snap!" He said as he continued playing the game

"B-but I promise to go easy on you, please please please please please please?" He tried convincing Vernon. To which he agrees

But as soon as they played, boy did he regret all of his life decisions. He was getting knocked out left and right. He grew frustrated with every defeat.

Vernon took the controller from (Y/n) and for some reason taped it into the table

"Vernon, why did you tape the controller to the table?" He asked with no response

He jumped on Vernon and hugged him tightly

"Play one more round with me, I'll go easy on you I promise!" He acted cutely.

"Fine... just one game wouldn't hurt" he said as a small smile creeped up to his face

"Yay!" (Y/n) cheered

"For an AI (Y/n) seems to act like an actual human"  Vernon laughed to himself
