Simon arrives at the airport, in London city. It has been a while since he moved back to his hometown after moving to Los Angeles to live with his girlfriend and their son. He misses all the scenes round here, it's bringing him back to when he was young. London reminds him everything. Even this is just a bussiness trip, he still want to pay a long-day trip here to visit his friends and his family, before coming back to another country.

Simon's lying himself on a seat in a café, enjoying his hot drink in this cold weather. He's deeply in many thoughts and images of his childhood, London for him is a sad and foggy country, where he belonged to but never wants to stay forever .

"Excuse me, sir."
A voice from a woman blurted out, interrupting his thoughts. Simon looks up to see who that voice belongs to. A beautiful lady with blonde hair appeared in front of him, with a cup of drinks. For a moment, Simon is completely appealed to this gorgeous woman.
"What's wrong, miss?" Simon asked gently.
"Would you be so kind to share me the table?"
She asked with her London accent. Simon looks around, all the table are filled with people. He nods, pushes all his stuffs to his side. The woman carefully sits down and place her cup on the table.
"Thank you sir" She smiled.
"Simon Cowell"
"Huh?! You mean...?"
The woman wondered.
"My name is Simon Cowell. You don't have to call me sir like that. And you are-?"
"Oh yes, I'm Amanda Holden" Amanda replies, and grabs his hand for a handshake. Even in this cold weather, her hand is still really warm, Simon feels like he never wants to let off his hand from her.
The silence continues between them. Amanda seems quite confused, she doesn't know what to do but trying to look outside through the window.
"That's why your name is so similiar... I think I've seen you on the TV before!"
She continued excitedly.
"What makes you realize that" Simon stopped working on his computer, he asked.
"Well, as fas I know the man called Cowell is British, but he moved to LA to work his own show. And your accent is London one, but I can see some American in yours. Moreover, I actually cannot realize that until I see the files on your table, one of them has the word SYCO, I know that company."
Simon couldn't take his eyes off this lady while she's explaning. She's so special. Not just because of her attractive appearance or her accent, but also her personality. He is impressed, obviously.
"You're really exquistive, aren't you?! What's your job, Holden?"
"I'm a model, blogger, and maybe a presenter. And, it's ok for you to call me Amanda."
She winked, in a flirty way.  The space between them now disappears, they know each other name, and job.
"You drink expresso?" Amanda continued.
"Yes, strange right!? Not many people drink this."
Simon replied.
"No way!!! Expresso is really tasty! No one drinks Latte!" Amanda mumbled
"I love both!" Simon said in order to make her feel better. Simon feels something similiar in this lady, though this is their first meet, it seems like he has known her before, just like an old friend, he finds a lot of things in common with Amanda.
"What brings you here in London this winter?" Amanda asked.
"A bussiness trip, and maybe a chance to visit this foggy city." Simon sighed. Amanda can feel the sad in his look so she stop asking for more and continues on her Latte. Amanda's phone suddenly rings, which statled both of them. "Sorry, I gotta go now."
She said, after looking at the phone screen to check whether who's calling.
"Nice to meet you, Simon." She gave him a big shiny smile and then quickly leave.
"Damn it, I forget to ask for her phone number..."
Simon realized that as soon as she left. He thought he has known everything about her, but afterall is just her job, her favourite drinks and her name, Amanda Holden.

"Honey, what took you so long?"
Amanda asked the man driving the car, who is also her husband, Chris. "You know wrong things might happen. Anyway, did you have a good time in the coffee shop?" Chris replied.
"Yes! And you know what, I met Simon Cowell !"
Chris doesn't know why Amanda looks really happy. Everything he knows about Simon is that he is a famous director or producer.
"So what?" He mumbled.
"He shared the table with me. It was cold outside so many people stayed in... You will go again, darling?"
Amanda's voice is a little bit down. Chris is going to have another long-day bussiness trip and he's not gonna be with her on Christmas' Eve. This is not the first time, it happens almost every month and he doesn't usually stay at home. "Do you really have to go?" Amanda said. "What do you mean, you know how important this trip is!" "I do, but that's Chritsmas! Have you ever thought of my feeling?!" "Amanda, stop it you're really cross the line-" Chris raised his voice tone. "Have you ever loved me...?!" Amanda mumbled, Chris doesn't reply her back, he drives faster to home. "You should go in, I'll get my suitcase later. Things just get worse when we talk." Chris opened the car door for her and drives away. Amanda sighs, she gets inside and lays herself on the sofa. She feels lost and lonely in her own house. She suddenly remember the man she met in the coffee shop. Simon is such a gentleman, he's kind and handsome. "Gosh, what the hell am I thinking about. How can me deserve him, that's so impossibe." She tries to find the notebook in her purse but it isn't there anymore, which makes her worried. Amanda will find it tomorrow, but now, she need to have some rest first.
