~EBONY IN MM~
Ebony PV
I woke up with my back and feet killing me like always. I grabbed my pills off the side table, but it was empty. I through the bottle across the room out of anger, and got out the bed. I walked in the kitchen and opened the fridge; to my surprise it was empty. I put on my bedroom shoes, grabbed some of the money I made last night at the club, and walked out the house.
I walked in Wal-Mart looking like sleep still. I walked up and down the isles, grabbing things I really needed and wanted. I made sure to get a few bottles of pain pills.
I sat in the car still in the Wal-Mart parking lot, searching through all my bags for my soda and pills. It took me a minute to notice that they weren't there. I walked back into the store, and back to the register I checked out at. The cashier was still checking someone else out, so I just waited for a second.
I looked at the dude that was getting checked out. He was a lil' fine lil' something. He was light-skinned; he got mad swag, and a fresh cut, from what I could see. I couldn't stop looking at him; he turned and looked at me, and gave me a smile. His smile was perfect and white. You could tell he had braces once upon a time. His eyes is what really got me, they were hazel. I smiled back at him, and looked away shyly.
The cashier grabbed a bag from behind the counter and handed it to me. I said thank you and left. I got in my car, took a pill and drank my soda. I Called Mimi as I drove off. "Bitch! Guess what?" I said. "What?" she asked sounding more excited then me. "I just saw this fine ass nigga in Wal-Mart." "What he look like?" "Tall, light-skinned, tatted, swag to the max, fresh kicks, fresh cut, perfect white smile, AND HAZEL eyes." "SSHHIITT!!" she yelled through the phone. "Why you aint marry that nigga right then?" she laughed. I laughed at her, "Did you at least get his number?" she asked. "MAN, No. I went in there looking like sleep. I can't try to holla with him looking like that, and me like this." I said gesturing to my appearance like she could see me. "Do we need to get dressed so we can go back up there?" she asked out of all seriousness. "He was leaving when I was leaving. But shit we might have to have a steak out up there till I see him again." I laughed. "Bet!" Mimi said. We talked until I made it home; I told her I was going to call her back later as I took my things inside.
I woke up to someone calling my phone; it was the college calling about me paying for this semester. I didn't even answer, I just silenced it. I planned on paying on that later. I almost had a heart attack when I heard banging on my front door. I flew out of bed, and went straight to the door. "WHO THE HELL IS IT?" I yelled as I grabbed the knob and turned it. Before I could get the door all the way open, Mimi pushed it open and walked in past me. I gave her a 'what the fuck' look, but just let it slide as she sat on the couch. "Bitch you ready for this steak out?" she laughed. I yawned, "Let me go take a shower." I said as I walked to my bathroom. I jumped straight in the shower.
I put on some jean shorts, a black tank top, and some black, red, and gray Flight Origin's. I had washed my hair in the shower so I wore it curly. I walked into my kitchen, and Mimi was in there eating my food. "What we bout to do?" I asked pretending like I don't see her eating. "I need to go to the mall, I need more shoes." she said as I put her empty bowl in the sink. "Mimi don't play with me. You better wash that shit man." I yelled as I walked out the kitchen. She huffed her breath at me, left the dishes in the sink, and just walked out after me. "This is why you need a man now." she said under her breath as she walked out the house. Little did she know I heard her.
We pulled up at the mall, and went through the food court. Lord knows it was thick as here today, I seemed like everybody and they momma was in here. We walked around for a bit, looking in a few stores, picking up something's.
