Not So Innocent Teenage Girl

Here we go

The ride took a long time to get to his place but im happy it took long I wasnt ready to face my family.

As im deep in my thoughts my uncle snapped his fingers in my face. "Stop daydreaming and get out the car and help me with your things." He said while laughing. I got out the car and followed him to the trunk. We entered the house and it was nicely painted with clean white walls and pictures of the family, the grey tiled floors were shiny.

As we walked down this long hall I was sooned welcomed to bunch of familiar faces shouting and clapping hands as I made my entrance. My uncle grabbed my belongings and I was soon cluddered around bunches of hugs and kisses.

I was surprised that alot of people showed up. People gave gifts and other things to me. Once I thanked everyone for my gifts my uncle told everyone that I needed my rest. I agreed.

He took me upstairs so that he can greet me to my room. As we walked down the hall my uncle stopped at a door and opened it. As I walked in I felt like my breathe was being taken away. It was goregous. My room had pink and red light walls, white fluffly carpet and my bed was like what princess had. My bed had a red curtain surrounding around it. It was pink with red sheets and pillows with my name on it. My room also had a large walk in clost followed by a bathroom.

As I made my way around the room I noticed a picture on my dresser. It was a picture with me, my mom and dad when we were at the zoo. The memory of that day made me emotional and soon I was crying.

I must've fallen asleep cause I was woken up by an angry uncle knocking at my door. I got up to open my door "Get dress were having a get together dinner in ten minutes " he said ahile walking away. Oh boy this better be good I thought while closing my door.

I showerd and got dressed. I dressed up in a black dress with flowers and black heels, my hair was in a curly poof. I did my make up simple with a little gold eyeshadow and clear lipgloss.

Before making my way downstairs I looked in the mirror one more time.
"I look fine, I am fine, I will be fine." I whispered to myself. Soon I found my way downstairs into the dining room.
"There you go munchkin how did u sleep ?" My uncle asked while guiding me to my seat. " I slept good thanks for asking." I said giving him a smile.
As I took a seat between my Aunt Shery she began to talk about how much she missed me.
Aunt Shery was very pretty. She had long hair that was in deep curls and she had pretty dark eyes that complemented her chubby cheeks. Aunt Shery was on the heavy set side but she was very beautiful lots of guys be going after her lol.

Aunt Shery's and I conversation was interrupted when my uncle wanted to make cheers. " Emily is back and I want to make a cheers to her welcome " everyone raised there glasses and said "welcome back Emily" and clang their glasses together. Everyone was laughing and smiling but me. I fekt empty but I had to pretend that I was ok since I told them I was.
"So how have you been managing since the accident with your parents?" Asked my cousin Michael. Michael was 26 years old he was tall and had waves. "I've been good. Actually im doing better. Im really looking forward to school tho." I said trying to hide my tears away.

After everyone got done eating we cleaned up and said our goodbyes.
I can admit seeing all my family members sitting at the table with me mad me feel more comfortable being here. But it upsetted me that my parents death was brung up. They all kept asking me how have I been. What do you mean how have I been? I lost my mother and father the two important people of my life that brought me into this world.
I'll look past it one day but for now I will always be sad.
