"Please leave me. I am sorry. I promise never to do such things again. Please spare my life. Please." The man, all rugged and dusty, begged for his life infront of the woman who stood there as her men were making the arrangements in burning him alive. As the sweet fragrance of Jasmine from the nearby garden got mixed with the strong smell of kerosene, the man knew that the lady infront him was not joking. If she wants the truth she can go to any limit and this kerosene was just a teaser of her warning.

"So now the choice is on you. Blurt the truth out and you are free. But if you want to keep your mouth shut then my boys won't have a problem in roasting you alive." The woman said, her tone cold and straight.

"Ma'am I am ready to say everything. But just spare me. Please." The man said.

"Good. Now start talking before I change........" Before the lady could even complete there was an ear piercing sound, a sound so deafening that it numbed the auditory senses for a couple of minutes. As the sound subsided, yet another shock awaited them. The man who was begging for his life just a few minutes ago was lying on the floor motionless with blood oozing out of his chest and the lady knew he was no more.

"Damm it. Every time, every damm time this guy is one step ahead of me. The second I feel I am closer to my goal, this man drives me away. Only if I could get hold of him. This Shekhawat case is driving me crazy." The lady banged her hand hard on the table terrifying all other present there.

"Thomas, dispose of this body and keep a tight watch on Sameer's routine. He is the key to my motive. I will catch up with you later on." The lady before climbing into the cab. "Ma'am where to?" asked the cab driver to which the lady replied, "Shekhawat Mansion."

Unaware of the perils advancing towards him, Randhir was busy making the presentation for his upcoming meeting. As he advanced towards the coffee table to get his files, someone bounced on him so fast that he hit the floor hard and before he could realise anything the vase kept on the coffee table shattered into pieces.

"What the hell?" He shouted when he realised that someone was lying on him or in fact that someone was the reason for him falling on the floor. On closer look at the face of that someone, god knows why, but his heart skipped a beat. Those doe-like eyes were a deep pool of restlessness and the innocence that she masked under that stern face surely reflected her soul. Her pain was evident in the crease of her lovely brow and the down curve of her full lips. But why was she is pain? And above all how was she here when she should be lying on the hospital bed?

"Sanyukta you okay?" Randhir asked uncomfortable of the position they were in but instead of answering anything Sanyukta just closed her eyes and held on to Randhir's shirt more tightly. Her lips were trembling slightly as if trying to suppress some kind of pain.

"Sanyukta?" Randhir asked, this time his tone soft as if he was understanding her pain completely. But when he failed to get any response he slowly tried to detach her from him when he heard her pleading voice, "Randhir please." Not being able to comprehend what her request meant he slowly looked into her eyes. It seemed she was going to break down any moment now. As his hand travelled towards the end of his shirt he felt something wet. On looking closer what he saw shocked him beyond his wits. It was that thick and warm fluid that painted his hands red. But he was not hurt. Then who? Oh Shit Sanyukta.

"Sanyukta you are bleeding." Randhir screamed his lungs out to which she just pressed her head more into his shirt not being to bear the pain anymore.

He immediately lifted her up and rested her on his bed and yelled, "Stephen! Stephen!" As soon as the poor butler came huffing he was shocked to see Sanyukta lying on Randhir's bed and Randhir's whole shirt smeared with blood.

"Si..... Sir" Stephen stammered seeing so much blood on the floor. "Don't look at my face. Call the doctor now and ask grandma to come up with a first aid box. Quick." Randhir said, his tone full of authority. "But sir no one is that right now. All have gone to Little Hearts Orphanage." Stephen said and Randhir realised what a mess he was in. "Ok fine go and get the first aid box now." He said fishing out the phone out of his pocket and calling his family doctor. No sooner had he cut the call then Stephen rushed up with a bowl of water, towel and a first aid box. As he handed it over to Randhir, he was completely clueless as what to do. Seeing his employer confused Stephen stepped forward to help him but one cold glare from him was enough for him to move back. "Go down and wait for the doctor. As soon as he comes bring him here." Randhir commanded sending Stephen down whereas he kept looking at the girl infront of her who was right now in a complete mess and had become unconscious due to pain right then. .

Even for giving first aid he needed to know how deep her wound was and for that he needed to lift her shirt up as the red patches on the shirt indicated that she was hurt on the left side of her belly.

"Ok Randhir she is just a girl and you have done this before too. You have been with girls earlier who have stripped themselves down for you so she is no alien. You just need to lift her shirt a little and nurse her wound. That's it. It's so simple. You can do it." Randhir reassured himself as his trembling fingers came in contact with the soft satin of her shirt. As he slowly lifted her shirt up he was shocked to see that there were already stich marks on her wound.

"That means she was hurt in the same place yesterday and today while jumping on him she must have hurt herself again." Randhir muttered. Now this is getting too much. Repeated attempts on his life within these 2 days and every time it was Sanyukta who took the danger upon her just to save him. Was this girl crazy or something? Who does so much for an employer? Was she so serious about the job or was it something else?
