In this book I will share the three leadership principles I have used to guide my career. You might be asking yourself such questions as:
What does it take to be leader?
Does being a leader mean the same thing to everyone?
Do I want to lead? Should I lead?
Can I be a good leader? Can I be a better leader?
What are the benefits-and the costs-of leadership?
There are not many easy answers to some of these questions because there are many gray areas you will face as a leader. You need to learn to think on your feet.
I will present various topics to help you learn how to adapt your leadership techniques to dynamic situations. With practice, effort, and experience you will become a great leader, but only if you want it bad enough.
