Figuring out

[6 Month Pregnant]

You and Finn were happy and all that but you were a little more sensitive because you were 6 months pregnant! Now it was time to discuss with Finn about all of that stuff. Finn was in the living room playing with his new Lego set, so you walk downstairs to talk to him.

"Hey love" he says when he sees you. He looks so cute, so you smile at him as you get your phone out to take a picture of him.

"Hi." you say softly, just enough so he can hear you. 

You were worried but for 9 years you have only had small squabbles here and there, so you didn't know how this was gonna end up.

"Whats on that pretty little mind, you seem worried?" Finn said. He was always able to read your thoughts just by looking at your face, and you always let those pretty blue eyes fool you.

"Nothing."you bit your lip, looking down at your fidgety hands.

In a matter of seconds, you found yourself battling with Finns puppy dog face. 'SERIOUSLY I CAN NEVER EVER BEAT HIS PUPPY DOG FACE!' you thought.

"FINE!!!!!"you give in, humorously. You saw Finn smirk and then give you a 'Go on' look. "Okay, i have been wanting to talk to you about our engagement for a while now."

*Finns P.O.V*

"Ok i have been wanting to talk to you about our engagement for a while now." She said. My heart shattered when I 

heard those words. I had never thought about a life without (Y/N). Seeing her bright smile and how her laugh brightens up my day. I'm afraid for the worst.

"Y-yeah?" I guess she could sense how worked up I had gotten because she had quickly reassured me. "Don't worry Bub It's not that!" I was SO relieved but at the same time i was also curious as to what she meant.

*Your P.O.V*

"Its just that I'm very worried about planning the wedding and all that and I'm trying extra hard to be the perfect fiancé and then on top of that, I have to carry a child and you're not really here to help me and it's just really stressing me out." You said, breathing a huge breath of relief as you are finally getting this out. You were staring at the ground when your soon to be husband picked you up and sat you on his lap

"Baby, you know that i have to travel with WWE and stuff but if you want, I will take time off early so that I can be with you because if you're stressed, bad things can happen to you and our baby and we don't want that." You felt terrible.

"Oh no i can't ask you to do that, I know how much you love WWE!" You stressed.

"I don't love WWE nearly as much as i love you and our baby. So, i will take time off and help you, it's totally cool with me! Besides, Steph already said I could whenever I needed. "Finn said, in a soft, comforting tone.

You being 5 months pregnant and extra hormonal, you start to cry .....but in a good way. "I love you, thank you so much! " you say and peck his lips.

[Later On..]

So, 3:30 rolls around and it's time for your appointment. The last time you and Finn went, the doctor said that it was all clear so far, your baby is healthy as needed!

"You ready baby?!" Finn says with excitement as you exit your house."Yes, and I can clearly see that you are!" You say while pinching his cheeks. He blushes and you both drive off to the place.

Once you got there, Finn practically dragged you out of the car and into the clinic."FERGAL DEVITT!" You squeal and he continues to race toward to doors.

Once you got inside you waited for a few minutes then you hear "(Y/N) (Y/L/N) AND FERGAL DEVITT! You both follow the lady down the hallway and into the room.

You lay on the bed and Look at Finn.....he is grinning ear to ear. "Hello again (Y/N)!"she said with enthusiasm. You and finn both chuckle as you wave and you tell her that Finn is your fiancé because last time you came, he wasn't here and you weren't engaged yet.

"He proposed!!" She gasps and her eyes light up. You nod fastly and flash a smile at her. "Shall we get started Ms.(Y/N)?" she asks. She hooks up the wires and stuff and applies the gel to your stomach.

You and finn gasp at how big your baby has gotten."hmmmmmmm" Kelsey says.

You and finn are on the tip of your seats waiting for a reply.

"Its a.........BOY!!" You and finn both have very huge smile on your faces and start to get teary eyed. "(Y/N) we are having a baby boy!!"Finn Says. You start to cry and he does too. "Mrs. Devitt, would you like to hear the heartbeat again ?" She says.

The fact that she called you Mrs. Devitt,is making you cry even more. Since you couldn't firm words, Finn answered for you and she turned it on. The more your baby boy's heart was beating, the more you started to think about how long you have wanted this and how much you love and want to thank Finn for coming into your life.
