Chapter Six- Party Time
"Do you think you will get to know Brendon more?" I ask. "I know more than I need too" she laughs. Finally we pull into the drive way. Not that far from our house. "This is nice!" I say. Brendon has a huge house. Its tan and has a big front and back yard. Lots of flowers planted with nice watered grass. Even has little lights around a granite patio. Of course theres lots of people. He is pretty popular. I can see why Fallyn likes him. "Ready?" Shes asks. "Ready". I say back. "Don't do anything crazy" I exclaim. "Like what" She laughs. We laugh and head inside in which we find flashing lights and people. Tons of food and drinks. I have the "wow" look on my face. Fallyn doesnt even know where to start. "We should find Brendon first and thank him for inviting us" Fallyn says trying to talk over the music. So we look around trying to find Brendon. Then we see him over by the dessert table eating strawberry cheese cake with his friends, Mike and Daniel. "Hey Ever and Fay glad you could make it!" Brendon yelled. "Thanks" I wisper under my breath to shy to say something. "Thanks" Fallyn replied. "Ever says thanks too shes just not used to big parties, You know." Fallyn said. I blushed. "Well enjoy the party!" Brendon said. "Thanks" We said at the same time. Brendon got up and walked away, and started dancing to the music. "What was that all about?" Fallyn asked. "I dont know, Im not used to talking to boys. You remember that time in 6th grade when I liked that boy Justin. I took your advice and tried to wink at him, but ended up scaring him." We both laugh. "Im not girlfriend material". We smiled, and joined the party.
