" Do you have everything ready sweetie!!!!!" My mother shouted from the kitchen
"Yeah mom, I'm headed off to school, I'll see you later" I shouted from the door
"Yena yah, eat some breakfast first"
"No eomma I'm gonna be late for my first day!!!"
"Okay bye sweetie!!!"
"Bye eomma!!!!"
Who am I? Well my name is Choi Yena, I'm in high school and I live with my parents and my older brother Sungmin. I just moved to Korea from America and today is my first day going to school and I'm kinda nervous then again I'm not really that nervous since i'm kinda used to it now. I've been to 7 different schools since my family moves a lot but this year is different. My mother and father decided that I will be staying here for the rest of my high school career, so better make it count I guess.
"It's my first day I can't believe that I'm lost already" I groaned to myself.
"Hey do you need help?" Some random girl asked me
"Umm... yeah do you know where IZ*ONE high school is?" I asked her.
"I attend that school, follow me I can show you the way"
"Okay thank you so much, may I ask your name"
"Oh yeah the name's lee chaeyeon, what about yours"
"I'm choi yena, I just moved here from America"
"Oh wow your the new kid everyone's talking about" I suddenly was confused
"Really???? people know who I am"
"Yeah word gets around fast and also we almost never have any transfer students since they
have to score a ridiculously high score on the entrance exam and do well on their interview"
"Oh wow nice to know people know who I am at least right?"
"Yeah it'll come in handy when making some friends"
Chaeyeon escorted me to the school and I was grateful for her because if she wasn't there then my ducky ass would have been lost forever. I entered the school and went straight to the main office where I was greeted by some nice lady who gave me my schedule.
"Hello Choi Yena, welcome to IZONE high school, we are so happy to have you here." The nice
lady responded
