Once in a long while you would start conversations with me.
But it's always me starting up conversations in the chats.
The first ever text sent to you was so nerve-wracking. I felt as if I was about to have a heart attack.
A couple minutes later there would be a reply. And in an instant, my eyes would sparkle to the words texted directly to me.
It was so heartwarming. Just a simple hi or goodbye would cure this sinned heart.
Although ever since the last year of our memorable days, we've haven't texted one another. We started to become distinct. You were already ready to leave the nest to face the real world. While I was still anxious and wanted to connect with you once more before you leave.
On the last day we've met eye to eye. We exchanged our last goodbyes and our last conversation.
A couple days later, I texted you and I was waiting and waiting and waiting.
Til this day I'm still waiting. When will you text back? A simple emoji would satisfy me.
Please... Reply... Back.
