I feel Athena getting out of bed, so I wrap my arm around the waist and pull her back in. "Ty" she giggles.

"You don't have to leave just yet" I say.

"Yea I do actually" she laughs. "I have to be at my dads in an hour to meet my grandpa"

You're probably wondering,

isn't she suppose to go with her dad?

Well, turns out he had a work thing come up and he can't go, so her grandpa is going.

My phone goes off.

I groan and pick it up. "What the fuck do you want, Manson"

Athena turns to me, putting on her shirt. "Somebody's grouchy this morning" Athena says.

"Somebody's at our window dude" Tyler says.

"What?" I sit up.

"It's just a tall man in black, it's hard to see since it's literally five a.m., but he's looking right at us" Gabe comes in.

I sigh. "Okay stay put, I'll tell dad"

"Hurry dude" Matt says.

"We have our weapons all in here" Tyler laughs.

In case you're wondering, it's Mia and Nicolas's anniversary so they're off on a vacation, most likely having sex somewhere.

I hang up and Athena looks at me in confusion. "Everything good?"

I nod. "Yea" I get out of bed and throw on clothes before walking out of my room.

I wake up dad and he groans. "What?"

Now you see where I get it from.

"The Mansons called, some guy is outside their window" I stretch.

He groans once again. "Alright, I'll send over there"

"Want me to go with you?" I ask.

He shakes his head. "No, stay here with your mom and Athena"

I nod and he walks off.

I go back into my room and Athena walls over to me. "Wanna take a shower?" I ask.

"Sure" she shrugs and we walk into the bathroom.

We strip of our clothes and fight for dominance over temperature, and of course, she wins.

With hot water.

"It sucks you're leaving" I groan.

"I know, but it'll be nice" she says.

"True" I shrug.

It gets silent...

then we immediately crash lips and I pick her up, sitting her on some ledge in my shower.
