Sorry for not posting fast enough, it's just that my school started and I have lots of teachers and stuff like that! BUT here it is!!! Today is the Talent Show!!!
Vanessa's P.O.V;
I woke up, washed my face and brushed my teeth, and quickly got dressed. Once I was finished I ran down the stairs and said bye to my mom and I was out the house and running full speed to Jacob's. I rang the doorbell "who is it?" I heard someone ask from the other side of the door it was Jacob. "It's me it's me open the door open the door!" he opened the door and I gave him a big kiss "are you okay?" he asked while laughing I smiled "I'm just like super excited!".
"Why?" he asked "because today's the talent show you idiot!" I hit him on the chest "oh yeah that is right I almost forgot" "what do you mean you almost forgot!? Let's go to school come on come on come on!" he laughed "okay let's go" he grabbed his bag and we ran to school.
When we got there I grabbed my books and pulled them out of my locker. I turned around and saw Ayron and Ray walking upto us I ran to them and gave both of them a hug and said "hello friends" they gave Jacob a confused look "she's been acting like that all morning she'll probably calm down through out the day and become nervous and worried right before she goes on stage" they laughed.
Skipping to the end of the day: to the Talent Show. I know SUPER long jump.
Jacob's P.O.V;
"I can't go out there" Vanessa stated I smiled and looked at Ray and Ayron "I told you" "yes you can.... Jacob do you go on before or after Nessa?" Ray asked "right after" I answered "and next to the stage is..... Erika Johnson" I heard Mr. Hupfer --our principal-- say into the mic.
Vanessa's P.O.V;
I watched from the right wing as Erika walked onto the stage and began to do her act which was singing, she sang "Did You Forget" by Demi Lovato I turned around "guys.... I don't have a song to sing now" "what do you mean?" Ayron asked "I was gonna sing that song.... and now I don't have a song to sing".
"No One Gonna Love You" Ray stated "what? That's mean..... Jacob loves me" I said he laughed "no that's the song you should sing it's by Jennifer Hudson" "you listen to Jennifer Hudson?" Jacob asked Ray pointed to Ayron "she makes me" Ayron smiled and said "it's true".
"Okay that's a good song and idea but I don't have a CD" I stated "oh I do" Ayron said while pulling a Jennifer Hudson CD out of her bag "you randomly carry a Jennifer Hudson CD in your bag?" I asked she smiled and said "yup" "okay so the song is figured out that's good but..... I'm nervous as hell" I stated.
They all gave me hug "you'll do fine" Jacob assured I turned around and saw Erika walking towards me in order to get off of the stage she looked at me "try beating that bitch" I swallowed "next to the stage is Vanessa Weathers" Mr. Hupfer stated I took a deep breathe and walked onto the stage.
I looked around and saw the whole school staring at me I turned around and walked off stage "what are you doing?" Ray asked "I need the CD" I stated "oh yeah here you go" Ayron said while handing it to me I was about to walk back on stage when Jacob stopped me "good luck" he smiled and gave me a kiss I smiled and walked back on the stage.
I walked over to Mrs. Rivers --our music teacher-- and handed her the CD she took it and smiled at me I gave a nervous smile back and took the microphone she handed to me, I slowly walked to the center of the stage and looked at Jacob, Ray, and Ayron they smiled at me I nodded my head and looked at Mrs. Rivers to let her know that I was ready.
I took a deep breathe as the music began;
